If I could give them no stars I would! This place advertise $1.00 move in they changed me 100.00 for the smallest storage with motor oil all over the floor! The manager is very sneaky and lies! No way you move in for a dollar! BEWARE of the old man manager!

They are SO rude . Overcharging and have to constantly fix it and he'll swear it's not the case yet it happens every month . His tone, his attitude his professionalism is all crap. He leaves early closes when he wants too and quite frankly doesn't know what the hell he's talking about half the time . Never again

By far the worst service. The guy told me to come down to rent the unit. I came and he told me no one comes when they say they will. So he had me waste my time and gas because I kept my word. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he said I own this place. This guy is the worst. Don’t rent from this guy!!!

Worst customer service stay far away don't waste your time calling don't waste your time getting the storage.. the guy answers the phone and says hello and then after that proceeds to be very disrespectful and rude and hangs up on me

The down Fall of this storage place is they are only open from 8:30 am-5:30pm you can only access your unit from those hours . And closed 5 holidays so you can't access your stuff. Frost month rent full price! If you don't mind all these restrictions cool one last thing the place is infested with RATS FYI, they will chew electric cords ,clothes ,paper, make sure you buy rat poison for your storage unit.

We have used this storage company for five years. Nick has always been very polite and personable. The cost is comparable with other storage units in Banning. We are very happy with our choice of storage units and will continue to use Ramsey Storage until we no longer have a need for storage. Linda S.
