We have a 1990 Ford Econoline chassis RV rig, on. 2 week road trip and had some concerns about our engine sounds. Called at least 10 places that turned us away for various reasons and finally got ahold of Chris (& Alan) at Pass Auto. Not only were they willing to help and take a look at the rig but Chris was above and beyond with giving us information, letting us know what our options are and what we could do now and what we can tell our usual tech, once we got home. Wish they were closer to home for us, and would absolutely recommend this company.

Went there because I had an oil leak with ina month it's gotten even worse. They sound as if they are there to help but they are actually there to take you for as much as they can. Hey I'm probably not the only one they took advantage of.I wouldn't recommend these guy's to no one they run a lousy business.

I don't like posting a negative review but I was so disappointed with my experience here. I was charged 67.60 to replace a battery. My car had a diagnosis done and fortunately it only required a battery replacement. I was charged 65.00 for the diagnosis, 160.00 for the battery and a ridiculous 67.60 to install it. Everyone knows that most places do not charge to install a battery that was purchased there. I thought that I had found a new mechanic since moving here and I guess I will have to find another place. $305 total to get a new battery. Lesson learned.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

The staff were all super nice and git my cat done for me while I waited. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly and let me know what may need attention in the near future. Nice clean shop. Great experience

I’ve been using this Pass Auto center to smog my cars for 7/8 years now; he is consistently professional, expiates services, and immediately uploads directly to the DMV!! ! Love this shop & services! I took my Honda there for a ac issue. They were amazing. And then they discovered my radiator had a issue. So they fixed it they went out of their way with me dropping my car off to me at work. Taking me to work. They will be my go to place from now on. Thank you Russ.
