It's the only part store that I found since I moved here last year willing to help me (a woman) that knows about cars. All the other stores turned a deaf ear. Plus if they don't have what I need they will get it by the next day. The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't have enough cleaning supplies to wash, wax, etc for cars.

Friendly staff, good prices, and even when things might not be in stock, they are able to get the parts quickly. Even though I live around the corner from another parts store, I choose to go out of my way for Parts Authority.

Someone recommended me to go there because its cheaper than autozone but that wasnt my case the parts for my Mercedes C280 were 100 dollars more spensive than at the autozone sad.

Had an issue with a sheared wheel lug on our boat trailer and the closest place was here. With very little info to go off the girls here were able to help us figure out exactly what would work for us. Really appreciate it :)
