I was in desperate need for tires! Allyson and Chris went above and beyond as they could have just brushed me off for the next day. Instead they went to pickup my tires and even stayed late to install all four tires since the wires were already showing. Thank you so much for taking care of my car!

Oil change was done on a Thursday, I did not notice until I went to work Sunday that the oil was leaking. I cleaned it up and thought it was just oil on the frame section by the filter. I drove it to work on Monday and once again it was leaking but this time it left a puddle of oil under my car. I once again cleaned it up and on Tuesday I called to have the car dropped off. It was inspected on Wednesday, I was told that the oil filter cap was cracked. I asked how that happened. I was told it was due to wear and tear. That did not make any sense, especially because there was no oil leak prior to dropping it off for an oil change. When picking up the car Wednesday evening, I asked again just to clarify how this happened. I was shown a picture of the Oil filter cap having a crack and was told it's possible the mechanic could have over tightened it causing it to crack or used too much force to take it off. That made more sense to me than it being wear and tear. Especially because that part that was cracked had to be removed to get to the oil filter for the oil change. To replace the cap I had to pay 96 dollars for a mistake caused by the shop. A part that cost at most 35 dollars. I will never go back there again. I am very disappointed, I thought I had found an honest new mechanic to take my vehicles to.

Had a roadside emergency over 800 miles from my home and E&E was the closest mechanic I could get my car to. Despite being far away from home and dropping in without an appointment, E&E was kind and helpful and got me back on the road in a matter of an hour or two.

Just got my wrx out of the shop and it was a pretty good deal I say they got the job done. I like how they show me all the concerns that they have about worn out part that will need to get replaced and prices does seem fair. Update went back in for a new job to be done my steering wheel was shaking when I drive at 60 to 70 so I went in for a wheel alignment and they got it done in 40min took it on the freeway and the shaking was gone so yeah I'm happy with the service I got

Very Friendly staff! We needed an oil change on our Harley Davidson truck as we headed back to Texas and they got the job done! They even have an arcade game and our kids loved playing it while we waited.

I looked around online went to a couple of tire shop websites, had several tabs open. Called E&E told them I’m not sure what tires to get. The guys text me 3 choices , good, better, and best . I compared the tires to the other sites and they had the same tires for much less. I called back, they said the tires would be there by that evening or the next morning come by as early as you want. I got there, that checked me in , 30 minutes later I had brand new front tires. It’s been 4 weeks now and these tires are really some of the best I’ve had aside from Firestone. These people are awesome and a jewel to the Banning community. I tell everyone about them. Give them a try. You won’t regret it. Thank you E&E Tires.
