First finance department and sales doesn’t communicate well. Price change once I go sign papers. Sam agreed to give me free sun shade I told specific kind and agree also on the all weather mat at they’re cost which means employees discount price. Now they’re charging me 500 bucks for the 3 rows ship, despite Chevy web site 280 (tax and ship not include) now I’m guess they will ship me a cheap sun shade that prolly not compatible on my truck. Sam no man of your words your so in a hurry to close the deal and not care to listen! Don I like you, but your just there to distract me.

MY WIFE AND I JUST BOUGHT A GMC 2500 DENALI FROM THESE GUYS HERE AT DIAMOND CHEVROLET BUICK GMC IN BANNING AND I MUST SAY THE SERVICE IS AMAZING MY SALES GUY DON, GENUINELY SHOWED CARE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND EVEN CALLED A FEW DAYS AFTER TO CHECK ON ME, ASKING HOW EVERYTHING IS GOING. MIKE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DOES WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. ALL THE GUYS UP FRONT IN SERVICE SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GET THINGS DONE. IN ALL THE DEALERSHIPS I HAVE WORKED WITH, I MUST HONESTLY SAY I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT GET A VEHICLE IN AND COMPLETED AND QUICK AS THESE GUYS DO. THEY GOT MY INSPECTION AND TIRES DONE IN A RIDICULOUS QUICK TIME. SAM IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANOTHER GUY I REMEMBER AND HE IS UPFRONT AND DOES WHATEVER HE CAN TO HELP AS WELL. FOR ANY NAMES I DID NOT MENTION I APOLOGIZE I WISH I COULD REMEMBER THEM ALL BUT THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE TO GO TO BUY A VEHICLE. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Recently bought a car here at this dealership. I came in not knowing what I wanted. Saleman Genesis Uribe was determined to help me find a car. He was willing to show me several cars and at the end I felt like no car was fitting for me but Genesis determination helped me find the amazing car I have parked in my driveway.
