This boot barn doesn't usually have my size boot in stock, so I've made the mistake of going to other locations. Jose is definitely the reason to do your shopping here, he is very knowledgeable on boot types, sizing and really any questions you may have regarding your boots. He gave me a very detailed explanation on heeled boots vs non heeled. He saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on the wrong boot and pointed me to the proper boot for my needs. At almost 400$ for a pair I sure would of been upset down the road realizing I had the wrong boot for the job. The expertise here is definitely worth waiting a couple extra days for a shipment!

Asked for one of the employees to check for different size in a specific boot. She took it to the back to check and after waiting for 20 minutes they never returned. I then spotted her doing other things around the store. Not sure why I was ignored. I’ll try my luck at another boot barn.

I am dissatisfied with their communication. I bought and left a hat to be shaped by a certain date, I had to have it by, I was assured that I would have a hat in time by a manager checking me out. However it did not get done, nor was I given a courtesy call that my hat was not going to be ready, was ready or any information on the hat at all. I had to call to wait on hold for 20 plus minutes to find out the hat machine has broken as of last Thursday, an entire week before I called. The manager offered zero resolution.

This location is nice and new. The store is on trend with today's current interior designs, industrial country. The selections of boots were very plentiful ! Clothes were very stylish! My compliment is the store doesn't carry enough goods made in America, people are really tired of buying clothes from other countries! We don't have enough American made choices! They also need some larger sizes in women's clothes. Other than that, the store is nice and we had good service!

Definitely a fan of the modern look of the new location. All the workers were very friendly. But, I have never been helped out like today. Jose's knowledge on merchandise is beyond what I have ever experienced with any worker at various locations. He was very patient on explaining the differences in cowboy hats. From knowledge of felt, to recommendations of personal experiences and up keeping. I was amazed on how much I learned on cowboy hats. Can't wait to wear my new Serratelli hat. Keep up the great work Jose!

Friendly staff ready to help you out upon arrival. Lots of western clothing and boots for the occasion. On the plus side this store has work boots that are durable and great for tough work. Plenty of parking and a lot shorter drive from the San Bernardino location.
