Hi I would like to add some information to my last review. It was at an affordable price. After dealing with the issue for a few days I was able to fix the problem myself. The screen is replaced and works fine. Although the line in the screen is annoying. Thank you for your time and help fixing this problem.

My laptop got water damaged and I first went to Geek Squad and immediately got turned away. However, when I called Banning Tech Know to see if they could help, they were immediately welcoming. During the call’s inquiry, they offered thorough advice to follow to keep my laptop from worsening before taking it in. They were helpful, honest, and assisting. When I took my laptop in, same process: Immediately welcoming and helpful. They are quick with services (and are highly communicative) as they informed me my laptop was ready for pickup the next day. They are also incredibly understanding as I could not pick up my laptop right away. I am incredibly relieved and extremely satisfied with their services. Thank you so much!

Went in to fix my phone screen and they said it’ll take 30 minutes to an hour and literally 15 minutes later my phone was ready and looked brand new they even put the screen protector on perfect.

Got my phone fixed here a few months ago, every-time my phone dies i have to factory restart it, meaning click the volume up and down button fast and hold the power button down until my phone turns on. I’ll have to keep repeating this until it finally turns on. I have NEVER had this kind of issue before. When they fixed my phone I had to use iTunes to get back into my phone which normally when it’s fixed I just type my passcode and the iPhone says HELLO. I would not recommend going here to get anything fixed. I will just get a new iPhone, very sad when all I needed was a fixed screen.

I've been here twice now to repair my phone screen the first time I thought went ok and the screen was fixed within a week I bumped into the corner of a shelf and the screen was completely cracked and out and the phone was unusable, I went in and spoke to the lady working she explained to me it was my fault due to physical damage I took the loss and proceeded with another screen mind you this was in a weeks time. Got the screen fixed again I also bought a thick otter box type case for the phone so it should not happen again.. but it did from use and wear and maybe a few drops the screen is yet again cracked they use the cheapest possible screens you can find and don't even fix it for a cheap price. I took the phone into Apple and they explained to me this screen was a cheap one from amazon and anyone can order it. I'm just upset and embarrassed in no world should I be paying $300 for a screen that does not work avoid this place at all costs

Have a Motorola? Surprised someone could fix a motorola moto g7 power locally! Was in the area for a few days and needed the USB C charge port to be fixed within the phone since it would not charge. Requested a quote on Sunday when they were closed BUT still got a response back. Price quote BEAT the couple of others in the area. Dropped it off Monday afternoon. They ordered the part and got it in and fixed it by Wednesday! Going on 3 weeks and no issues. Thank you so much!!!
