Upset with how much they over charge.
I got a basic set, color with no designs and they charged me $90.
The nail polish must be old because I can see the streaks on the nails. I have acrylic/glue all over my fingers still.
I usually go to Dukes or modern nails and only pay $70 for a basic set and better quality.

I spent 100 on a full set and pedicure a week later and my nails are about to pop off and my toes are chipped. I am a licensed cosmetologist I could definitely do a better job myself for free. Also they cannot shape nails I told her I wanted them shaped like hers and she rushed through and did not make them truly almond shape. I need a fill already and I won’t be back.

the one who made the experience terrible. Just wanted to make it clear too. When I said speaking in the language that I don't understand is that I'm not a racist person,but it is very disrespectful to talk in a language in front of somebody. You know doesn't understand you.Especially when they are being hostile about it and making it seem like you are the one being difficult and it was the complete opposite. I will NEVER go there again!!

Nail technicians don't seem very welcoming. They're loud (in their own language). They're definitely unprofessional.

I had a pedicure and manicure. Perhaps the polish I picked was old. Pedicure seems fine. Walked out in the sun and the polish on my fingernails was lumpy. I got home and about an hour later the polish on my finger nails was coming off. So disappointed.

It was very full, a long time waiting, they want to serve everyone at the same time.
They told me a fee to pay and charged me a higher fee.
And I didn't like the work on my nails, not so good work.
For that I give it 3 ⭐️

I don't know why they make appointments if they won't attend to you. My appointment was at 5:30 and it was after 6 and I was waiting, I just got up and left, I like how a man from there does my nails but I'm not coming back. I understand that they make you wait even with an appointment about 10 or 15 minutes but more than 30? OF COURSE NOO!! ?????
I don't know why they make an appointment if they are not going to attend to you. The lady doing my pedicure made my nail bleed, and she did a very sloppy job at painting my toenails- they peeled off within a few hours of getting them done. I will not be coming back, disappointed.Service: Pedicure

Very rude and they charge you what ever yhey want very bad sevice and the lady that sits behind counter is so rude never going back i usto get charged 160 everytime nails fall off quick!!!!

Do not get waxing done here! My armpits are red, irritated and bruising. As well as a lot of hair left. They are not properly trained on waxing. The worse pain ever!!!
