We bought a car from the dealership. Even though they were helpful they have people that shouldn't be in that business working there. There's a way to talk to people and a way not to.
There's a way to say things with out belittling someone to get your point across ?

ZERO STARS! I TELL THEM WHEN I GET THERE THAT I HAVE NO DOWN PAYMENT BUT I ALREADY HAVE A FINANCE COMPANY. EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL TO ME... I AM ALREADY PRE APPROVED THROUGH A FINANCE COMPANY AND THEY HAD ME CALL THEM AND THEN CALL MY EMPLOYER ALL OF WHICH CHECKED OUT AND NO PROBLEM AT ALL.. I WAS SHOWED THE VEHICLE AND THEN EVEN RECIEVED A BILL OF SALE!!!! ALL JUST FOR SOME RANDOM GUY NAMED NEIL TO WALK UP AND TAKE MY BILL OF SALE AND SAY NO WE WONT SALE TO YOU WITHOUT A DOWN PAYMENT.. LIKE WE ALREADY WENT THRU THIS AND EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT AND I WAS SHOWN THE VEHICLE!!!!! I LITERALLY HAD THE BILL OF SALE IN MY HAND!!!! IM SORRY TO THE GOOD EMPLOYEES HERE BUT NIEL IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE AND DOESNT NEED TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

This dealership is by far one of the best used dealerships in Town I bought a truck off them a month ago great truck the sales manager, Gabriel went above and beyond making sure the truck was perfect for us check engine light popped on just for a tuneup after our warranty most dealerships if they’re trying to scam you, they won’t even let the vehicle come back in after a warranty but the owner Neal and Gabriel are good people they have a good team over here. The mechanics in the back know what they are doing vary respectful a huge thank you to auto source I would definitely buy another car off them Thank you everyone who helped us I walked in this dealership in less then a half hour of doing the paperwork we got to drive the truck home same day this company has honest and reliable vehicles . THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Beware this guy is shady we gave him trade plus insurance draft 6500 and got 2013 for$ 15,000 after all was done what a crook this lady trusted him 69 yrs old and she was so taken advantage beware of Tom Shady my nickname for the manager Tom

I bought a car from this dealer after 6 months my car started to fail my surprise is that the engine is completely damaged the warranty that they forced me to buy I do not want to cover the damage and this car was already in bad condition I trusted these people who were in good condition but they are liars

Don't go!!!! Tom is a good lier. He said that he would trust (the car I bought) with his mom's life. The very next week I had to pay $2,000 for a clutch plate and Ford in Redlands kept my car for 4 months because of back order. Plus my $8000 dollar car cost me $15000.

Tom and the guys over at auto source went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. I can't express enough of how easy it was to get Financed, and I was literally driving off the lot within an hour or so. Kia Sorento for the fiance! Reliable, honest, and they are now my dealership for life.

Please don't waste your money here, horrible horrible customer service. Sold us a POS lemon, with a kill switch in the truck that was never fixed. Paid cash so now we're 2 months out and they wouldn't even call me back when asked if they could look more into it. I should have known it was a terrible place when other customers went to test drive a car and they had to call to get a ride back because it stalled on them. The only good thing I can say is they have their own loan process that is under the table so if anyone that doesn't want their credit ran for there for a lemon that will give them problems.
