My husband got a jacket for his birthday, actually two of the same and we were able to exchange one of them for something else without any problems, friendly and professional customer service. :)

Spend a lot of money on this store . Like everything I got the slippers are smaller than the size it saids. But what bother me is that they follow you everywhere trust issues that makes you uncomfortable to shop. Even tho they make you leave backpacks . Other than that I love this store.

I use to love this store. But they lost a good customer. I didn't realize this till days later after I spent close to 200 for back to school shopping. Not only did they over charged me, I didn't have all my items I paid for. Thieves!

I bought sweats from this place on 3/23/2023 tried them on and the pocket was ripped by the time I was going to return them it was 7 pm so the store was close went today to return them 3/27/2023 and the lady said I did it and washed them and she didn't want me to exchanged them nor give money back. She had very nasty attitude no Custer service horrible place when ask questions she just gives attitude and rude

I WAS a regular customer here. I live in the area and I usually purchase basic items such as under shirts, simple sweaters, jeans, and my husbands Shaka T-shirts. I've always been pleased with the items until last week. I bought 2 leggings that were more sheer than I expected and a cardigan that was coming undone near the shoulder. I came to do an exchange for the first time and as I enter the store, the business owner didn't have a welcoming energy this time around because you can clearly see I have an exchange/return. She TOOK the bag from my hand, dumped the items on the table and checked them in and out, top to bottom, back and fourth lol and said ok I could go pick out different items. I said ok "I'll hold on to my stuff and my receipt in the mean time while I shop." and she said "why? What do you want it for?" I said because "They're mine and I can hold on to it". (I'm sure anytime you guys need to do a return at other businesses, they don't hold your stuff hostage)....anyways she wouldn't give it back and said "no I'll hold on to it, I have to check it the receipt. I'm like "didn't you just do that?" and she just looked at me with an unpleasant face. If she wasn't being rude and had a valid reason, she could've just been nice about it and explained herself. So I decided, you know what, let me just pick an exchange item and go. There's no point in going back and fourth. Then when I walked away, she said something under her breath in her native language to the other employee next to her and they just kept looking at me. She was talking sh*t as I walked away. How do you think a customer is going to feel seeing that? Coming in, I expected better, professional service especially from her as the business owner. This was such a typical negative vibe you get at these small businesses when you're unsatisfied with an item. They do the most to keep you from returning/exchanging the items. The response I got from her made me feel like I was trying to rob her of something. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I came in and greeted her with a smile. I came in knowing the terms of the exchange. Fyi the receipt clearly states if you have a return, it can only be exchanged (not returned for money back) if the items are brought back: within the 7 days, brand new, with tags, and with my original receipt. I did just that. Very poor customer service and my family and I won't support this small business anymore.If you want to visit this place, make sure you're not going to come back with their items or it's going to be a problem.

I have been coming here for over a decade now for medical scrubs, hoodies, shirts hats etc simple styles and I gotta say they got it all. They're neat and always stacked. Best place hands down

Great store great customer service lots to choose from I didn't expect them to have what I was looking for especially at that store where they sell pro clubs sweatpants good prices to I was looking for a diabetic socks and they happen to have them there along with jackets caps and sweaters belts shoes lot more. .
