12/30/23 Customer Service was great on a Pick up truck rental! The Process went smooth from reserving by phone to the pick up to drop off was so convenient and easy as pie and the price was great. I'll be back! Good job guys!

October 7th visit around 3 P.M. Review #62 of 2023 Excellent experience here in a Saturday afternoon. I dropped off a car trailer after towing a vehicle that I sold from Vegas to Los Angeles. The price I paid for the car trailer was decent and the convenience to drop off at any U-Haul location was welcomed. I'm thankful that upon arrival a worker quickly started to work on accepting my drop off. Within a 5-10 minute window the trailer was accepted, unhooked, and I was on my way. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this as a drop off spot for anyone in the area.

Poor service from Mark. Very slow worker and gave orders as if he owns the place. Got the job done at least but seemed reluctant to fill propane.

Reserved on line. Called Uhaul Baldwin Park to make changes and to confirm my reservation. Picked up what I needed the next day. Everything went smoothly without a hitch (not the trailer). Thank you.

I came in search of boxes, and the gentleman working here, helped me by showing how the different size boxes look when folded and he also provided me an information sheet on the different boxes available. He helped me load them into the car without me even asking. No line either!

brian luis adan and mark make this place stand out and make it worth while. filled up my propane in a jiffy and helped me get a rental as soon as possible. the work they put in to their customer service and quality in helping you choose boxes and tie downs was beyond my expectations.... highly recommend their service
