Keep in mind they have been running out of Tanzanite for months and months and months and now all of a sudden they have them daily: what a con. Also understand all the yellow diamonds are set in yellow gold, which enhances the diamond color trying to make it look more yellow, even though it’s not. The yellow diamonds are not yellow ,it’s trickery. Not good

i ordered 2 small rings on 12/05/2023 at which time my credit cards were charged...after calling and texting and emailing, finally on 12/19/2023 I got to speak to someone who determined that one of the rings was not even " cast " yet ??? why would they charge my credit cards when they had no product to ship to me...i am very disappointed ... these were supposed to have been gifts...but what kind of company takes your money and not have a product nor advise you of that fact even when i called earlier in the month and was told that i would have it before christmas...which clearly is not possible according to todays information

UPDATE purchased another tanzanite ring on 8/29 and received it 4 days later. super fast ship. It is 6.40ct oval w/.45ct pink and .86ct white diamonds. ring is beautiful. this tanzanite color is it different from the first ring that I purchased. it is more of a violet hue and then blue. depending on the light it can show up purpley violet, sunlight it looks blue. In general I think tanzanite looks best in either white gold or platinum but the rose gold bezel and pale pink diamonds actually compliment the tanzanite color with its violet and blue coloring. Gorgeous everyday ring. thanks TVON for another winner!my first purchase. I had been wanting a large tanzanite for a long time. When Lauren presented this one my 5 year search for a large tanzanite with a Halo of diamonds came to an end. 12.22 cts tanzy with 1.34 cts of diamonds.. The price was right. Even though the diamonds were vs2 they sparkle. no flaws visible to the naked eye. the tanzanite is dark blue with one or two flashes of red and violet at times I also catch a glimpse of a sea green blue with all the other colors depending on what light the ring is viewed under. When seen under a dichroscope the tanzanite presents as the genuine article! Lauren presented it beautifully on TV and when I asked to show the sides and under gallery she was more than accommodating. Very happy with this purchase. Now looking for something else to buy. Tanzanite pendant maybe ?

TVON doesn't deserve even one star! Bought a tanzanite and diamond ring from them only to receive it with a chip in the tanzanite. Sent it back for them to replace the stone and received it back a second time with another chipped stone! Sent it back again and asked for a refund since they couldn't seem to get it right. A week later they called me and said the refund was denied, so I asked to speak to a manager to understand why. The manager then accused me of wearing the ring even though the tag was still attached! I told her I absolutely did not wear the ring and she proceeded to argue with me for five minutes and told me when things leave their facility they are in perfect condition and this ring now had scratches. I asked her if the items leave in perfect condition, then why have you sent me the same ring twice with two different chipped stones? At that point she agreed to give me a refund. What I have since discovered is that my account is now flagged as final sale. WOW. So, due to their incompetence, anything I buy is final sale. Such a horrible classless company that will never see another penny from me!

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Tvon and each one is magnificent, often better than on TV! The quality is unmatched and my pieces have appraised for more than what I paid. I would highly recommend shopping for fine jewelry at Tvon.

I just received my customized Tanzanite ring and it's stunning and gorgeous! The Tanzanite and yellow diamonds are of excellent quality and the craftsmanship of the jeweler is perfect. I could not be more pleased and excited. I would also like to especially thank the Sales Representative Claire who was so helpful and pleasant throughout the sales and design process. Already own 3 of their diamond rings, had them all appraised and was very shocked and so was my jeweler.(he's not happy) all great quality and beautiful diamonds at a really great price. Very Happy.

Purchased several rings from TVON. Twice, bought a yellow diamond ring that looked yellow on TV but both times, upon receiving the rings, they were beige or champagne. They freely banter if your not satisfied just return the item, but I was told I could no longer return items - all sales would be final. It sure seems like a bate & switch

I've been wanting a bright orange mandarin garnet ring for several years. A group of 5 of them were shown on TV and I chose the one with the brightest, deepest orange with white and black diamonds. I thought that finally I'd have a stone that would live up to expectations. Not at all! The garnet was extremely pale and very occluded, and the diamonds were barely visible. The close up camera angles when the rings are being shown on TV show a completely different item in terms of color and details. I notice that when the host demos a ring on her hand that often it's a different degree of color stone than the camera close up shows. I returned my ring the next day! I'm done with these so called bargains and enhancement that makes them look so much better than they are,

Very poor customer service , had to have my credit card company file for my money back after the company took it fior a purchase but never sent the merchandise. Over a month of trying to reach out to them , customer service repeatedly misinformed me about the whereabouts of my purchase. After several months I finally got my money back . Then to punish a potential customer they send an email saying I can no longer purchase from them .. so buyer beware ..

I bought a 6ct tanzanite with 2 ct of diamonds and the ring is gorgeous!! I got it in about a week or less for an excellent price! The white gold is heavy and the halo is substantial! Very good quality!
