Dr Casillas is no longer at TLC. He's moved to Pet Lovers in Long Beach. Our dog Bao has been under the excellent care of TLC and Dr Cassia's care for the past few years and recently I asked to make an appt and was told he's no longer there and there is no surgeon for the time being. I went to great lengths to track him down because I don't want another Dr that's not familiar with Bao's condition. I like that TLC is just down the street and the staff has always been nice but I need a surgeon and I'm still willing to make the drive to LB because I want the best care for my Bao. Hope this helps anyone who needs a good surgeon.

My husband took our cat today 7/8 and all I can say is $400 visit to say my cat has an allergy/allergic reaction causing her to lose fur and bleeding in those areas. Gave her some shots and medications. They contacted the other hospital that treated her last month for same condition and got the charts they recorded. I feel like they did a mechanic move on my husband . No lab work at all. Sigh, I will know within the expected 14 days of giving medication to my cat

Not the same owner. This Veterinary Doctor is no longer there. My wife and I are not pleased. Not the same assistants and definitely not the same care.

Dr Casillas is no longer at TLC. TLC is just down the street so I like the convenience and staff but I'm still willing to make the drive to LB because I want the best care for my Bao. Hope this helps anyone who needs a good surgeon.

Unfortunately the veterinary hospital has been sold and the great vet Dr. Casillas is no longer affiliated with the new ownership.

Brought my dog for some dental care. One of the assistants came out and gave me a dramatic speech about how my dog was experiencing Congestive Heart Failure and was likely dying. She tried to guilt trip me into exams and additional lab work/medications. Fortunately, I listened to my gut and took my dog to another hospital where she had an Echocardiogram conducted. Thankfully, her results did not reveal heart failure. I also asked the assistant to please send my dog's file to the other hospital which they did not. She was also pretty snarky when I told her that my dog had a pending appt at the other hospital. She literally said, "So why did you bring her here?" They take advantage of pet owners in a vulnerable state. Quite disappointing!

Actually insane, I walked in this morning and took my cat to this place because he had been hurt and wouldn't stand up or move so we showed them the cat and a lady there looked at him and just said he was already dying without checking anything!!

You can improve on everything at this Veterinary Clinic!! Took my daughter's cat in to be checked on. She 'cat' was not feeling well. They gave the x-rays. Then they supposedly were to call my daughter the following day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! They couldn't tell me what was wrong with her but gave 6 different medications. YOU DON'T know what's wrong with my daughter's cat and yet you prescribe 6 different medications....NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANY ANIMAL OWNWRR!!

Cares for all pets !!! very good people .!!!Erica works here & she knows exactly what to do when you need help for any pet reason or concern . Erica is the best and has the most background knowledge for TLC aside from the vet . I live across the street and have pets I take there . Ask Erica she will take care of any needs or questions she is the best. The whole team work together and there always trusted with my pets. No worry for me . These guys are the right place for our pets!
