No one working in electronics dept n when the employee finally got there she had an attitude. Supervisors should come and cover that dept since majority of the items are locked in a case.

Shoutout to Alley for her amazing customer service.. she has helped me many times at this location and she needs to be recognized :). She goes above and beyond to ensure your experience at target is memorable. She helped me shop during Xmas and gave me the best selection of items for the best price. I then asked about employment and she referred me to how I can apply during rough times. Employee of the month worthy, and I mean it. I tried shouting out to her on instagram after her consent, to leave her a nice review for her; but apparently she assumed I was flirting . Being a nice guy in a wild world isn't easy. I was raised as a gentleman, so it is what it is. It won't stop me from shouting out and spending time thanking her. After all, that's all I wanted out of that encounter anyways :).

Baldwin Park Target staff is very unprofessional and rude. When they are posting and displaying items for sale that are not supposed to be sold they imply that you as the customer did something wrong and got the items yourself despite them having the shelf full of them. And on top of that they did not remove the items from the shelf only took the item from me and said it wasn’t to be sold yet

No stars. I've been shopping at this target for years and all I can say is I am unbelievably disappointed! I am literally waiting in front of the glass container for infant formula as I speak for the past 30 min!!!!! And I've been pressing the button for assistance again and again and still no one has come! I need to give my child baby formula and I still have not been helped not one person has come.

If I could this deserves NO STARS!! This used to be one of my favorite target but today I felt so insulted! I am preparing my Christmas shopping and had purchased multiple Christmas popcorn tins, I counted many times with the cashier of how many colored tins to scan so I didn't have to take them all out and risk the tin being dented! On my way out loss prevention asked to see my receipt, he mentioned it was for the popcorn. He pointed to my receipt and said I was a high dollar amount for the popcorn, well yeah... I bought more than 10 popcorn tins, did he seriously think I can steal a cart full of popcorn tins and the cashier wouldn't notice or do her job?! Seriously?! What was the point?? I asked him , did you want to count them? Oh no it's ok... does that even make sense?! The customer after me asked if she also needed to show receipt? He said no need to her. Then as I walked out the alarm went on and I looked at him, all he said was it's okay, it's just the Christmas lights you bought... how does this make any sense?! I am so irked! So lesson of the day... this target thinks I can't afford to buy large quantities of items yet I just spend $$$ and gave them business! How the heck can I walk from the cashier towards the door without the cashier noticing ANDDDDDD I did spend some time at the cashier's lane cause I had to do 2 separate transactions and counting and recounting the popcorn tins. So all in all, never buy large quantities and don't spend $$$ at this location because they think your stealing.

Someone stole card information from me as part of a $250+ purchase. I've tried to get a hold of customer service to first see what they could do for me as the purchase shows up on my target app but won't show me any other information. I've called over 10 times over separate times and DAYS and nobody has picked up from any department.
