DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION! SCAM CARD READERS AT PUMPS. Got a $275 random charge and a couple 35- $45 charges about an hour after using the gas pump. Didnt use my card anywhere else afterward. It came straight from this gas station. BEWARE!!!

I'm a rewards member and this is the only shell in our area. Every time I go when a certain lady Hanh is working there's always a problem. She's rude and makes you feel less than. This time around didn't want to take a bill I was paying for because there was a small tare in the corner. Didn't realize that would be an issue because i got it from a store nearby. Went to another Shell and they didn't ask anything double checked the bill and took it. Last time I was there when she worked I bought a coffee and she said if I wanted packs of sugar it'll be 25 cents each. I've been avoiding this store and rather commute to another shell just to avoid her after the coffee incident. Come to find out she has had issues with other customers before for being rude. But I don't believe her management does anything about it. Everyone else that works there has been nice. Except her Hanh. She's horrible and rude.

It's the closest Shell station to me so this is where I end up when in a pinch. I got Shell Fuel rewards so most often I get 3 cents off per gallon. I just gas up enough to get me through the time until I can go to Costco in Azusa. I have only paid with cash one time and it was an unremarkable experience. Haven't checked out their convenience store nor their restrooms either.

First of all I i don't like coming here because of their prices and rude Asian cashier. I was running on empty and decided to put $10 to then after fill up at Costco. My gas gauge never moved! When I complained to the Asian cashier she said in a very rude manner that it was not her problem! Be warned! This place is ripping people off!

This Asian lady flipped me off in front of my wife and walks away 😂 I have it all on video . She better start looking for a new job . Don't buy gas here until she is fired !!!! This just happened 20 mins ago

I went to put air in one of my tires and I know usually you can just go and ask the cashier to hook it up and they do. I decided to pay the $1.50 with my quarters I carry. I proceeded to put $1.50 but the machine wouldn't turn on. So I was going to go inside to ask the cashier to please turn on the machine or return the money. I wasn't even in the door when the cashier walked out to tell the that "She saw me putting only 4 quarters." I said I'm sorry I put $1.50 and she insisted on telling me that she saw me putting $1. She told me over and over again. She said go out the $1.50 and the machine will automatically turn on. I was frustrated and mad this lady thinks I would bother to pay $1 and lie about .50 cents. Regardless I went to add .50 cents and the machine STILL didn't turn on. I walked back inside and told the lady that I payed $2 now and nothing. She then got angry. She said "whatever. I'm going to push the button but I don't want you to come back here". What?? I have a shell rewards card and I have no problem paying change for air but that was disrespectful. She couldn't even accept that get eyes obviously didn't see what exactly happened. Never going here. This place is a rip off. The Worst!!!

Worst gas station ever gas is always high priced items in the store are high priced all gum is $2 water goes up to $3 it's , I go here and use to support it because its really only gas station close to my house but I will not spend my money here no more I was parked there for 20 minutes I drove up to the pump at 8:04 in the morning I was making a phone call after I got out of the store and 20 minutes later at 8:22 the man comes out knocking on my window saying move from the pump go park because you've been here for ONE hour, mind you they know me I'm always putting 40 to $50 gas always buying merchandise from them and for them to get mad for me staying there for 20 minutes while making a phone call is ridiculous I will drive the extra mile down the road to go to another gas station
