Their tow truck drivers are road ragers and are very dangerous on the road. I will be filing a complaint with the SBCTA & CHP because this company should not be in the rotation as their drivers are not doing a good job keeping our freeways safe. In fact it's the opposite. This drivers road rage is going to cause an accident and cause someone to get injured.

bruh I paid $530 for a Sunday to Monday tow so beware those weekend fees. Other than that the workers were nice and chill.

Absolutely disgusted with the service! They wrote honesty and integrity as part of the business service what a joke! I called beforehand to check which location my car was taken to and what hours they operate and they lied and gave me the wrong address and wrong times!! Once i got there they told me to be there before 12 or else it closes and i wouldn't get my car! You have absolutely no right to keep my car from me THATS ILLEGAL! Secondly they intentionally drove to the farthest location from the accident to intentionally charge for a "2 hour drive" to the towing location resulting in an additionally $400. Overall, HORRIBLE disgusting people! Poor excuse for any service!

What a great towing service they offer at Royal Coaches! The other day I needed help, I called them and they came quickly and got me out of trouble. They are the best, I highly recommend them!

Their fees are enormously high. Part of their fee includes $100 to send out a letter to owner notifying them their car is in impound (like they don't already know). Stamp is what, 66 cents, takes 5 minutes to fill out form, hmm. $100 to put a lien on car, why, to insure they get their money? Plus they pay the police department half of what they collect, even though the police department charges $120 to $240 just to get a released form. I call that double dipping. Bunch of crooks and hypocrites!

They suck don't take your car there.they are scamers. Shady stuff happens there. They will take your car b parts off n stuff out ur car. Charge extra just to see ur car
