Worst place ever im in a wheelchair and they didn't want my service dog inside yelling at me the whole time very disrectful and yup I'll be calling and making sure this doesn't happen to others you can't deny any service dog or ask what does he do when he has a service vest on him.

This is an extraordinary establishment. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and friendly. Th. The prices are GREAT!!!!! Overall, it's just GREAT doing business in Los Angeles with nice, friendly, courteous people...a rarity in Southern California. So Ive been coming to this shop for years, buying bongs and rigs and etc. and spent well over $600 on stuff there. The reason why I keep coming is because of the young dude employee and because of the boss that works there. We even gave them a little something back to show how much we appreciated them. The boss always been welcoming buying rigs and things that I need for my bong and etc. totally feel valued. By other employees and the boss man. Employees make me feel well appreciated and then the boss just makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. Still would keep coming here and totally would recommend to come to this shop. They have very nice and cool looking glass and also nice bubblers pieces for an affordable price. Would recommend to come here for the glass and very respectful great service. Thanks for anyone taking the time to read this

Google states you open at 10am today, so I showed up at that time and upon seeing your sign it says 11 so i cant forgive that mistake. Then i show up at 11:15 and wait at your door until 11:30 and store still closed! Complete waste of time! Never again

Total rip off ! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere if you looking for cartridge batteries they suck ! I bought one and it legit stopped working before I got out the parking lot I'm surprised they're still open considering the quality of they're product.
