So I was having the same issue contacting this pharmacy over the phone ... I also spent over an hour trying to contact them and so did my insurance . I decided to drive down to baldwin park to their location and was guided and helped out by the nicest people . I mentioned the phone thing to them and found out they had no idea , called the number and it just wasn't going through on their end so turned out it was some technical phone issue that hadn't been brought up to their attention as most people thought they were being ignored and there was no other way than to drive there to communicate this to them. By now I would hope their lines are functional again. Anyways, the awesome experience I had when I visited that day was great and they were able to hand be my meds that same day . all was done within 30-35 minutes . They were just so genuinely eager to help that I wasnt upset about the phone issue anymore . So yeah, if ur reading bad reviews talking about not being able to get a hold of anyone just know it wasn't because of bad customer service - They have EXCELLENT. Customer service - the problem was a phone line issue ...

The don't even answer the phone. Rings and rings, no one picked up. This is a normal business day. Not sure what is wrong with these folks.

I have been using Premier pharmacy for a year or so. I have no complaints. Today as I reached out to the representative VIVIAN . Today I called for a mediation refill. I wasn’t able to reach anyone. But she saw that I called and called be back. She then needed an authorization it took a few minutes to wait but there is a process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Vivian !Terri K

No customer service because you don't get connected to a real person. All you can do is leave messages at ext 812. When you do get a person and you think they are going to help you they place you on hold then the call is transferred. Don't be on life depending drugs you may not survive. I pray there is another pharmacy I can use.

So this pharmacy has really taken a dive I am so sick right now and this place has had me on hold literally for almost 15 Minutes and the message that states all of their representatives are helping other callers and someone will assist me shorty….. continues to play over and over and over again. And before this call they had me on hold for 7 mins and then 5 mins and now 15 mins and still have not accomplished the task at hand. My doc said they sent my script over to them on Monday 12/11 at 9:30 am and they were supposed to notify me and arrange a time to deliver, however they did not so when I called them today to see what happened they denied ever even getting the call from my doctor. Denied denied denied so I called my doctor back and they said they DID CALL IT IN ON MONDAY!!!! So my doctor called them and they told my doctor that I told them I didn’t want to do business with them anymore because they said they were going to charge me a co pay!!, which was a complete and total LIE!!! First of all I’ve NEVER EVER HAD A CO PAY AND IVE BEEN GETTING THESE SAME MEDS NOW FOR QUITE SOMETIME. I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS AND I AM STILL ON HOLD!!! 35 minutes!!!!

They pay their Pharmacy Technicians like crap minimum wage, which is ridiculous cause that's why they go to school so they wont get paid minimum wage. They don't care about their workers.

worked at this pharmacy for many many years it was an okay environment up until now it has really gone downhill! The new CEOS VP's manager's do not care about their staff ! They were warned things were going to hit rock bottom did they care ? Not at all ! Instead they have overworked every department! Belittled and down talked the staff!! They have done some of their best managers and workers so foul ! Beware they are planning on replacing their staff now with their company's staff! This is a cheap underpaying job !WITH NO ROOM FOR GROWTH DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING!!!

I reside in a nursing facility and Premier takes sometimes 6-7 days before they deliver refills for my medications that do not require doctor approval. They care not at all about their clients suffering in pain and serious withdrawals from their medicine because of their lack of deliver in a timely manner. Beware public, Premier is the WORST pharmacy in the WHOLE world!! Find another fast!

They were amazing during the pandemic. It appears as though there has been a shift in management or ownership. I have been waiting for four days for my medication, and the service I was once accustomed to has completely evaporated. I could list out exactly what has transpired recently, but the short of it is that it seems as though the company I once trusted can no longer be trusted. I have reached out to Stephen Samuel, the CEO of Premier Pharmacy to see what can be done to rectify this issue. I am very disappointed. Premier Pharmacy was a very wonderful company but it's increasingly evident that the company is currently facing challenges that very much seem to have a direct impact on the health and welfare of their customers.

Amazing personalized service. Heather and the whole team at premier are very professional and friendly. I live in san diego and they are still able to deliver to my door same-day usually. It saves me time and gas driving to the pharmacy and I never have to think about ordering refills, they take care of everything for me - I am so thankful! 10/10 highly recommended!

Very unprofessional work place. The pay is only $15 an hour when your doing so much work. Flor, the manager for the receptionist, is very rude. She lets her staff talk to the other receptionist very rudely and sees nothing wrong with it. Would not recommend working here if you like to voice your opinions because Flor doesn't allow you to have a voice. If i could give 0 stars I would.

If you’re planning on using this place to supply your medical equipment, I’d advise you to look elsewhere. I had been trying for a week to get a prescription sent to me and got tired after 4 days of waiting and proceeded to have the RX transferred to CVS. Spoke with multiple people to have it transferred, no one was helpful. The pharmacist told me she couldn’t do anything and their main branch has to process transfer requests and told me she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I tried calling back to the extension and no one answered–beyond frustrating, it should not be this difficult. I ended up having my Dr write a new script and CVS has already processed it and will be here in a few days.
