Premier Pharmacy Services provides excellent and personalized customer service. The staff are genuinely eager to help, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer amazing personalized service, taking care of everything for customers, including managing refills and arranging same-day delivery to the door, which saves time and gas. This dependable service ensures customers never have to worry. The pharmacy is also highly efficient, with a very smooth workflow that reduces stress. It is considered the best and most efficient pharmacy, with a great work environment and awesome staff. Supervisors are very friendly, and any issues are resolved promptly. While there have been past difficulties contacting the pharmacy by phone due to a technical phone line issue, this was not reflective of their customer service. When visiting in person, matters are handled helpfully and quickly, often within 30-35 minutes. The overall experience is great, earning the business a 10/10 recommendation.
You can change your name, but until you enforce your policies, you're still bad company. If you receive a Prescription from a doctor and there's a question you may have. Call the doctor or patient ASAP. Don't wait 11 days for the patient to call you. YOU'RE PROVIDING LIVE SAVING ITEMS TO A PATIENT WHO IS ILL.

The don't even answer the phone. Rings and rings, no one picked up. This is a normal business day. Not sure what is wrong with these folks.

Was on hold with this pharmacy for an hour. I am calling from a doctor's office for my patient. No one picked up. This place is unprofessional.
