Call the doctor or patient ASAP. Don't wait 11 days for the patient to call you. YOU'RE PROVIDING LIVE SAVING ITEMS TO A PATIENT WHO IS ILL.

The don't even answer the phone. Rings and rings, no one picked up. This is a normal business day. Not sure what is wrong with these folks.

Was on hold with this pharmacy for an hour. I am calling from a doctor's office for my patient. No one picked up. This place is unprofessional.
