Had Prado's Towing pick up our car after requesting a tow from AAA. We had Jr assist us in our tow and he was very prompt and helpful. We were able to ride in the tow truck to have our car dropped off at our mechanics shop. Ride was smooth and definitely enjoyed his choice of music. Thank you for assisting Us Jr.Service: Car towing

I called AAA they sent Prado Towing. They arrived quickly and patiently waited for me to come out to the car. It was being towed to a repair shop to replace the alternator. JR told me what was wrong with the car, got under it and visually inspected it. He showed me a video of a broken sway bar and said it should be repaired. In all my years using AAA never has a tow truck driver gone so far above the expected service. Thank you JR and Prado. From here on out I will request Prado Towing with AAA. Thanks again.

JR towed my car; he was Early, quick working, very professional & very pleasant.I highly recommend Prado!I will request then from now on when I call AAA...(Ask for Station #305- Prado Towing)!!(I'm tired of waiting 3 hrs for AAA help ..But No more!! I'll just make sure AAA calls Prado from now on).

AAA sent a truck out this morning when I got off the freeway in an unfamiliar area because lights on my dash were flashing. JR did a quick job of hooking the car up and took me to my mechanic. Everything about the truck and driver was professional. I would recommend them, Thanks.
