Loved the customer service here! Andrea helped me right away as soon as I walked in. It enlightened my day she was able to show me through her selections and I was able to choose the most beautiful piece for a great price! I had an incredible experience at platinum jewelry the other day! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff Erick was incredibly friendly and attentive. He was willing to take the time to listen to my needs and assist me in locating the item of jewelry I desired. I have never felt more content leaving a store than I did that day. The employee Erick was very helpful and accommodating. It was my first time walking into the store the other day. He was such a nice person. He helped my find what I was looking for and showed me many different options. I will definitely be coming back because of Erick!

I highly recommend this place!Me and my husband came here to sell some of our unused jewelry. Excellent pricing!Arturo is such a great guy! He, in my opinion, is an honest and trustworthy person. He did not take advantage of our need to make some money. He even gave us recommendations on how we can get more from the jewelry and did not force us to sell right away. We came back after 2 days and he is still the accomodating guy we met the first time.We are looking forward to the day that we can come back, not to sell but to buy some of his jewelry.

Staff is always so congenial and kind.Every time, i’m always helped by Erick who is very intelligent and answers my questions to the best of his knowledge. I never have a problem going in, and I would definitely recommend. It’s always a pleasure to be helped from such a kind person.

Extremely friendly staff! Arturo was super helpful in explaining the process of pawning jewelry and I dropped off my 18k gold bracelet that day! I came back multiple times and Arturo was there to help every time. I fell in love with a beautiful 14k gold necklace and he was able to give me an amazing deal on it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great quality jewelry at a reasonable price!
