The quality of their work was exceptional and the price was more than fair, especially since I was requesting an expedited timeline.

Whenever we have any printer issues, one of their technicians would come and fix it, often times, within 1 hour. Perhaps it helps that they are located less than 15 minutes from our office. Our printers would "call home" if there are any problems, and toners would arrive 3 to 4 weeks prior to running out completely. I have received many great feedback from our end users from the reliable functionality of our Canon printers to the fast services received from Copyfree. Maintenance are conducted every quarter to keep our devices in top shape. We really appreciate the partnership we have with Copyfree. Thank you.”

“So I just want to start off by mentioning that I never leave reviews. As a matter of fact, this is my first ever review that I've left within any platform.
Julio was referred to me by one of his very generous and knowledgeable associates who owns (I believe he's the owner of) Skill Office Machines located in Downey. I called The Toner Guy for a quick inquiry regarding my tiny Canon Pixma IP100 (made strange clicking noises and would not print). He asked me if I can stop by his office, so I did. Julio took more than 45 minutes of his valuable time to inspect my printer, hypothesized the issue, searched around various boxes for compatible ink for my printer (found the last two and handed them to me free of charge!), and mentioned the pros and cons of both inkjet and laser printers (recommends laser units for their cost/efficiency/longevity). He and his assistant provided stellar customer service; the absolute best experience I've had for any technology related issue. I have two Brother laser printers; if they ever experience problems, then he'll be my go-to technician from here on out.
On a side note for any Spanish speakers out there, he can speak it very fluently.

“My overall experience at the Whittier, CA Office Depot was pleasant and quick. I was able to walk in and find what I was looking for. I was greeted upon arrival and that same associate helped me look for an item in the stock room that was not on the floor. He was able to tell me they were out of stock and offered another comparable item. I will shop at this store again when office supplies are needed in my office.”

“I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”
