Awful to do business with. I ordered a pair of table legs and they arrived in all different heights. The legs also arrived in a cardboard box with no packing materials to protect them. I attempted to begin a refund with the business but they were unresponsive. I opened a credit dispute and was finally contacted by the business. I ended up returning the table legs to the business and paying for shipping out of my own pocket. I received a response that the legs were damaged and that I need to reach out to UPS for reimbursement. I am not out the coat of the table legs and additional shipping. Avoid this business.

Unfortunately did not have a positive experience working with Alexander on Etsy. Said he “serves casinos and celebrities” and implied I couldn’t afford the mirrors when I asked to negotiate the price on a large, >$1,000 purchase. Couldn’t answer basic questions/requests I would expect from a custom maker. Btw at least one of the reviews below is by the owner himself.
