I wanted something simple and elegant for my sister in law and nieces' birthdays. I didn't have a lot of time but didn't want freeway flowers either. We found this florist on google and saw it was right off the freeway. When I went in the owner let me look in her fridge. There were beautiful arrangements but not what I was looking for. She told me she could make anything I wanted so I told her my budget, picked out some flowers, and she made an arrangement for me! They turned out beautiful and we even got a single red rose for my brother as well! Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend her to others :3

Came in looking for a Christmas themed bouquet for my girlfriend. They had plenty of super fairly priced arrangements that were beautiful and just what I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back here. Very friendly and welcoming service as well!

This florist exceeded my expectations. I went in with a specific order and the owner went above and beyond. She added an extra touch to my arrangement and the prices were the most reasonable for the area. I am definitely a returning customer. Very polite owners and efficient beautiful work. I LOVED MY ARRANGEMENTS.

This place is closed! Gates closed, no lights on.. it seems to be merged with a tv repair shop. Wasted time driving here.

I don't usually buy flowers and my car recently broke down so I decided to look for places local. Gotta support local small businesses. I had always walked by this flower shop and didn't know what to expect. I asked for sympathy flowers and gave her my budget, then asked for specific colors, one all white and the other white with pink orchids. Then she suggested to add yellow, which I was hesitant on but then I trusted her and by golly it looks great. I said do what you want, just need these colors with this budget and within 10-15 minutes, she was done! I am happy with them and glad to support a local business! She created such wonderful flower creations last minute and I'm very appreciative of it. Please support your mom and pop shops! They will surprise you!

Yesterday I had an urgent request to send flowers to a family that had lost their father and I found Lotus to be the closest one to the family's residence. I live in Orange County. I spoke to Joanne which was the owner and she was extremely accommodating and was able to complete a last minute request of delivering a sympathy arrangement. Her communication was great and she reassured me that the family got their arrangement. I love the level of professionalism and the fact that she was able to go out of her way to do this for me and to the grieving family.

Called in asking for a dozen red carnations and was just handed the dozen without any type of arrangement. For $19 I was expecting more care to the flowers. Had to go back in to ask for a bag at least so that it wouldn't drip in the car. Very disappointing and won't be coming back. Had to go to an outdoor vendor to get a decent bouquet and had the dozen added to the bouquet and it looked amazing afterwards.

Very very very expensive for carnation flowers in a tiny vase and to top it off the flowers looked like they're almost dead.

For a 38 dollar arrangement, you'd think it would last a while but it only lasted maybe 2 days before it started to die. Street flowers wouldve been better than these. Was very disappointed.

Joanne, the owner, is phenomenal. I told her my needs and she was able to accommodate. She was very fast in responding to my request and within 10 minutes of my phone call to the store, I was leaving happily with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. She's fluent in Chinese and English and was able to write my card for me (I can't write Chinese to save my life). She was so friendly and so accessible and in a time of tremendous stress, she was able to come through for me. I highly recommend this store -- not only for the good prices and beautiful flowers, but for the personable service and tremendous understanding. you won't regret it!!!

It was really important for me to find a florist that can write Chinese. The lady speaks English and Chinese and that surely helped a lot! She explained the choices to me down to the wrapper and the ribbon and she provided me photos of the bouquet and the message that I requested. Some other florists in the area was too pushy and tried to persuade me into expanding my budget, but this florist worked with my budget. I manage a florist in NYC so we know a honest and top quality shop when we see one. Highly recommend!

Opens til 7pm!! Got off work, needed to find a florist spot and found this one! Easy breezy experience, and not many flower shops stay open this late. Flowers were nice when I picked them up!! Definitely, will be coming back!
