I gave birth to my first baby girl on the week of November 10th. It was a smooth and joyful process working with the team at Kaiser Baldwin Park!
Special thanks to the incredible doctors and nurses who supported my family throughout including Sarah for all the NSTs, Dr. Bahadosingh and RN Wendy and Maria during the delivery, and RN Abigail, Camilla, Natalie for the postpartum care. Your professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a huge difference for our life-changing moment!
We are deeply grateful for the care you provided to my family and would highly recommend the service here!

Everyone here has been such an amazing support team. From doctors, nurses to even food & cleaning services. Everyone has been great. Anything I need they tend to quickly and always make sure I’m fine before leaving the room. Very happy with having my baby here.

I've been here for hours... nothing getting resolved. I'm freezing in the ER asked for a blanket. Unbelievable I was told we don't.loan blankets. Kaiser has really gone down hill. I'll be looking for a new provider

Just had my baby here yesterday,11/14. I’ve always been a Kaiser patient since I was a child here so I chose this hospital because I’ve always had a great experience here with the all the nurses, doctors, and staff here. My overall birthing experience here was wonderful. There’s plenty of classes and tours that help you navigate this new journey. There’s groups too for new parents to attend. All the nurses and midwives were all very welcoming and were supportive in all of my decisions. Never once did I feel discouraged or felt uncomfortable with any one here. I stayed here for 24 hours after the birth of my baby. Food was good and healthy and I was always satisfied at the end. They helped me with breastfeeding my baby multiple times which was a huge help. They provide mostly everything for postpartum healing. My fiancée and I had a celebratory breakfast that was delicious. I will most definitely stay with Kaiser through out my child’s life and when I have more children in the future. ?

A few years ago when my father lost his vision and hearing and became a fall risk, I started taking my dad full time. I used to take him to his Kaiser appointments at the Sunnyside Medical Center and now Baldwin Park Medical Center. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with Kaiser staff until the other day. My father had an appointment with Doctor Yo. I imagine/hope that he is a very good doctor but his bedside manners are lacking. I have see food animal veterinarians give their patients more respect and attention. His introduction was almost nonexistent, he barely spoke to my father and when the doctor tried to leave, I had to initiate and ask if my father could ask him a few questions. And when my father couldn’t hear exactly what I said, the doctor muttered something like “let me know when you get hearing aids that work.” And walked out. Out of my hundreds of interactions with Kaiser staff, this is my first negative interaction. I find it disappointing that a doctor at Kaiser would treat an old man or just any patient this way.
Additionally, when my father complained to the staff, they said the supervisor was in a meeting, took his number and never called.
My 4 star rating is for all the awesome Kaiser staff I didn’t write about.

Great nursing staff and very helpful. I requested additional lactation support and was supported by the nurse as well as specialist.
