For womens health OB/Gyn; Gyn Care the only provider I would see is Dr. Saraj. She is efficient. She is thorough, she gets it right!

My dad received great care here a few years back when he was hospitalized for West Nile Virus. Everyone we worked with was kind, helpful, and competent - it put our family at ease during a very stressful time. We continue to be impressed with the medical and administrative staff at this location and have not been disappointed with the various services we have received at KP Baldwin Park over the years.

More like a 2.5 but I'm rounding up. Big W's are that they're very integrated into their app ecosystem, at least physically at the Kaiser location. It's been impossible for me to normally book appointments though. I had to go to urgent care but ended up doing a whole ass 9-5 there... I guess my case wasn't as urgent as I thought it was. To be fair, everything went by super smoothly until I got to the CT scan part of the tests that they had to run for me. Checking into the urgent care and meeting with the provider, getting my blood work, checking into various departments went by quite smoothly. It's like the DMV on steroids to be honest, you'll see your name on the board, get a text message, sometimes they'll call you on the intercom when it's your turn, a really well oiled machine if everything goes by quick enough. I waited 4 hours for my CT scan when the actual procedure itself was only 15 minutes. Almost 2 hours in the waiting room and then another almost 2 hours after I've changed into my gown. People called in the same time with me were done way before me, even for the same test. Sucks, but it is what it is. I was never uncomfortable at any point even with blood drawn and IV with contrast put in me. All healthcare providers were professional and informative, showing enough care in the short time period that I got to see them for. The outside is really nice with the fountains and you can mobile order at the Starbucks on site too.

I recently had the privilege of undergoing outpatient surgery with Dr. Edward H Kim in vascular surgery and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly surgery staff at the front desk. The ambiance of the waiting area was calming, which helped alleviate any pre-surgery nerves I had. The nurses who attended to me during my visit were truly exceptional. They were not only highly skilled and efficient in their duties but also displayed a level of compassion and care that made me feel completely at ease. Their reassuring presence and constant attention throughout the procedure were a true testament to their dedication to patient well-being. Dr. Edward H Kim, the vascular surgeon who performed my surgery, was an absolute standout. Not only did he demonstrate a high level of expertise and precision in his work, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me in a way that was easy to understand. His patience in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had truly set him apart as a healthcare provider who values patient education and empowerment. The post-operative care I received was also exceptional, with the nursing staff ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed about my recovery process before I left the facility. The follow-up instructions were clear and detailed, which helped me feel confident in managing my recovery at home. Overall, my experience at Dr. Kim's outpatient surgery was nothing short of outstanding. The level of care provided by the nurses and the expertise and compassion shown by Dr. Kim truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. I would highly recommend this BP facility to anyone in need of vascular surgery or any outpatient procedure. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

Most of the time the care is very good, for a gigantic facility it's very well run. I never feel they are withholding care or worse lying to me like some insurers I've dealt with. Most of the time the wait times are reasonable. My suggestion is get to everything early, even stop and eat at the cafeteria before your appointment, that way you won't have to rush while parking and you might just bump ahead of a late persons appointment and get seen sooner which I've done. I live near the "Emanant Health" hospitals in the area and from experience I do not trust them at all, I'm glad Kaiser is nearby and an option. I've also have been hospitalized several times and the care is always very good!

What's the point of paying for this HMO, if you go because of an emergency plan on sitting in the lobby for 6+ hours.

If I could give no stars I'd definitely would. THIS KAISER SUCKS. Waited 9 hrs from 6 pm - 3 am. They took my blood, urine, and vitals and had me sit and wait in the lobby 9 hrs for a "room" I was told that I had the longest wait time and yet let everyone else go before me. I hate the emergency room just for this. They don't care that you arrive first or that you are in pain who ever walks in after and they think is worse than you are best believe they'll push you further and further down the wait list. I wasn't the only one who waited so long by the way, before me there were others who had waited up to 10 hours dying with pain before being admitted.

It's really sad to see your loved ones in agony and despair while waiting in the ER waiting room for 9+ hours realizing there is nothing nurses can provide while WAITING to at least make them comfortable. I watched my mom suffer 9 hours in pain yesterday sitting in that gross er room. They need to hire more staff or expand their ER room for more beds. This is ridiculous I'm seriously considering leaving Kaiser after 31 years after our experience yesterday.

And to the last nurse?! Omg I’m sorry I forgot your name but thank you for talking to me firm!! I didn’t know that after my surgery I would be allergic to ibuprofen :( I forget what I ate the previous day.. but I’ll never forget you :)Thank you team!!

Why is there always a line for EVERYTHING??!! I arrived to radiology and have been in line for 15 minutes trying to simply check in. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Who scheduled these appointments?

We’ve been waiting for FOUR hours now and still have not been seen and it’s not crowded today. I’m mind blown on how they decide who gets seen first. 7 people that we were ahead of got seen before us with stomach cramps. How do they determine who gets seen first if the person is in pain??

Ridiculous this ER. patients waiting for 6 to 10 hours before they can be seen by any doctor. It is always been like this, they could have done it lot better.
