I come here for all my crystal needs. I make candles and have a crystal in each of them. This place is amazing they have so many types of crystals . The staff is super nice and have much information on the candles. They have sales going on for the holidays .

Super fun crystal warehouse with excellent wholesale prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They have many small pieces and flats of interesting crystals. They also have some good, larger specimens. I often shop here for my clients who want a show stopper for their office or living room. I also shop here for a few small retailers who specialize in things other than crystals -- Crystal Tabby has plenty of basic pieces, such as rose quartz palm stones and shungite pyramids.

We have been customers of jewel tunnel for the last 20 years but the past few years we were just buying from them online because I had moved away from the area. We didn’t even realize that they had moved locations. Today we drove to the warehouse since I was in town. It is still in Azusa and you still have to ring the bell and have a wholesale license to shop here.It’s a whole new atmosphere, everybody was very friendly and welcoming and you can now sit and wait if you are with a shopper, there is also a break room with a coffee machine and some snacks. Two clean restrooms at the front.Sue helped us out and checked us out. She was very efficient and gave us a brief tour of where everything was when we arrived.We also met the new owner, Holly, who probably saw at the many trade shows in the past. She said they will be having new pallets in every month.Prices were better, but the selection was not as wide as before, but they said they will have a quick turnaround for any custom inquiries and more things are on there way so we look forward to that.Overall and nicer customer experience, we didn’t feel as cold and tired after we were done as we did before. We also got to briefly see John, who we had done business with for many many years.They also have Instagram live shopping and you can order online easily. We were ordering from Rachel for the past few years and she was very quick to get back to you. She was doing a private video shopping tour for a customer while we were there.The new name is Crystal tabby. I hope they will have some live cats to pet in the future. ? Crystal Cat Cafe anyone?

Sadly, they moved and downsized. I still love them but it is a much different shopping experience with much less inventory than before. Still I enjoy picking out my own stones and crystals. Staff is friendly and Knowledgeable but I miss the old building and massive inventory that I have known for over 20 years.

I have been a Jewel Tunnel's biggest fan for over 8 years. Love the selections and their helpful staff. I have a small business. I don't spent thousands of dollars but they make me feel very welcome (unlike some other wholesaler). All I can say is....if you believe a place that can attracts positive energy like I do, Jewel Tunnel is IT!

I llloooovvveee this place. Filled with crystals to pick from. All kinds of shapes and sizes filling a huge warehouse. I could ( and have) spent hours in there and found many many high energy crystals. They also have beads, tumbles, jewelry and the occasional estate. Such a joy! Please note that they are currently closed due to covid. They still fill orders via their website. Also... it is wholesale so a resale permit is needed. I hope our rock shows return soon so I can see them there.

Such a great store full of beautiful gems, you would think to feel high vibration positive energy BUT the employees that check you out and write your invoices are rude. I was ready to check out and the female employee that sits at the desk on the right was extremely bothered to check me out and take my money. Not even a thank you have a nice day. The front receptionist is pleasant but upon leaving I said thank you and she said "mmhm" LOL. I didn't come here to waste their time, I spent a good amount in here. You do need a seller permit! Prices are great, lost of variety here! Just don't go in expecting everyone to be nice. ATTITUDE HONESTLY KILLS THE WHOLE VIBE OF YOUR STORE. Unfortunately I'll be coming here again haha it's the closest location to me anyway till I find a new one.
