Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Robin and his team for some security cameras I was looking to install but needed some advice. Originally I was debating between easier DIY options such as Ring, Eufy etc however decided to reach out and schedule an appointment so I can make a final decision which route to go.When I first called Robin was out of town and not available however he did inform me when he would be back. This was not an issue to me since I did not need anything immediately. Soon as he was back in town I received communications from him right away and we scheduled a site survey. Upon his arrival we walked around my house and he looked at every angle around the home, answered all my questions and made some recommendations for me. The same day I received a quote with detailed information about the equipment that will be installed and I decided to move forward. Within a few days we schedule another appointment for the install and Robin came over with his crew to go over everything once again with me. The installers were top notch and very detailed, at the same time cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. Then at the end they even taught me how to use the equipment and remote app.A day or so later I had some issues with one of the cameras and without hesitation Robin came out twice to help me resolve the problem right away. First time to diagnose and second to replace the camera. Since then everything has been working flawlessly. My experience from beginning to end was exceptional and I would not hesitate going back to Super Matrix for all my security needs. I would highly recommend without a doubt and they are a pleasure to work with!”
“So.. it looks like the store is revamping and after going to another location where the computers are down I came in here asking if everything was ok. Linda greeted me and assured me that everything was fine and she would be able to activate a new phone purchase for my mom. I didn't take any pictures but you can imagine what a store that is revamping looks like.. Linda was over the top great with customer service! Multi-tasked like no ones business.. It was a shame that she was the only employee in the place but she handled it like a pro ! A few times while I was there customers started to pile up but she addressed each customer and kept everything light hearted so everyone was fine waiting their turn to get things done. “Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!”
