The only thing that I was bothered by is the bank no longer gives temporary atm cards. Ana was amazing great customer service!! She helped me rest my account (because I forgot my info) and ordered me a new card.

This entire staff here at HomeStreet was so welcoming and kind. Banking here is really great because it's more personal and you don't get that at many banks. I will continue to bank here and will go back to open accounts for my kids as well!!

I LOVE this bank. This branch offers all the benefits of a large bank while maintaining a personalized experience. The tellers are professional and very friendly. The bank is super clean and has a cute waiting area with free refreshments. Tellers are super efficient so they get you in and out in a flash.
