As always, it’s a pleasure coming to FedEx office print and ship Center of Baldwin Park. I come to this office at least five times per week. Each time greeted with smiles. I always look forward to coming in. Even my three-year-old son is very popular at this store, and he loves when he stops by with dad. I’ve been to many other FedEx office print and ship centers. This one by far is my favorite. To Maggie, Tony, Carla, and the other new associates, thank you for what you do.

The employees were awesome the young lady who helped me knew what she was doing but unfortunately she got busy with the customers that were in the lobby and all the work that I did shut down without giving me an opportunity to put my debit or credit card back in or an option to save my work that's a lousy service..... again the employees were awesome but your company sucks

Fedex sucks the drivers are a holes and never follow Simple directions such as call me on the intercom.

Don't come here for printing or laminating unless you've already been familiar with it. The staff here is not helpful

Waited over 20 minutes to retrieve a print code and inquired w an associate about it after seeing he retrieved the person in front of me for them but when I asked I was told that only way for me to get it was to wait and was given a different email and told “if this one takes longer then I’ll get it” HORRIBLE SERVICE 30+ mins for one paper to print is ridiculous

Bad customer service, I walked into the store, and two guys at the counter(one was helping a customer, and the other one just standing there) looked up at me and didn't greet or say anything when I was standing there and waiting. Then a lady came out to help, but Man, she talked to me like I owed her money. That's why I don't like to use FedEx, if not because of my return shipping is FedEx, I would not go to their store even though they pay me to go.

It sucks wean ie voice talks to ask for your information so you can talk to there Rep in customer service. After you give it the information all you get is to call during business hrs. I believe I won't be using you again. You guys suck big time.

Everytime i come into this store it is always SUPER BUSY ! I usually come in for a few things so I have actually stood in store for about 30-45 mins & I have seen how many people get in and out in a timely manner. Big Thank you to Isaac M, he has always helped me out with my transparency prints that I get regularly for my TSHIRT printing. But while I wait I notice he does almost everything and anything for all the customers and makes sure they are all getting taken care of, or he's letting them know that he will be right with them. Any question you have involving any of their service he is there to answer it. They work hard here but get VERY BUSY so give them some time if they are busy & they will take care of you correctly.

My comment is not about the employees nor the service since I have always received good service or better, my complaint is about a new $2.50 abusive charge FedEx imposed right after the pandemic, when the employees make copies for you from the copier behind the counter, because the copiers outside do not copy the exact same color, I have been using their service for about 5 years and now I have to pay $2.50 even if I need only 1 copy, so I end up paying .90 cents for the copy plus a $2.50 extra charge for about 1minute of service, really?!?!It looks real bad that companies this big are trying to make some "free" extra money from their customers when they make more than enough shipping packages, you don't need to punish your customers like this, is not right!!My five star rating is for the employees, not for the company!

I went in to fax papers to the IRS. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by Jose. He helped me with the whole "faxing process". Thank you Jose for making this visit a positive one.

As a regular, it's always a pleasure to go to the Baldwin Park location because of the great professional team. I've been coming to this location for many years and Maggie is my go-to associate; very polite, always making conversation with me, and genuinely interested when I tell her how my day is going. Although I work in a hybrid setting, I prefer my packages to be delivered here so I can see the friendly team.
