I was in a hurry. My grandma was bleeding out and I needed gauze. Cashier took forever because the system wanted her to update my email and stuff. I told her my grandma is bleeding out and I don't have time for this. She proceeds to sass me about how I won't be receiving the discount if I don't update it. My. Grandma. Is. Bleeding. Out. I don't care about a discount. Just ring me up.

Make sure to cancel your CVS extra care pass ahead of time because it's non refundable . You should be able to call and cancel . The care pass doesn't work towards the pharmacy.

Worst CVS to ever go to! Horrible customer service from the time you walk in. The store manager Linda is horrible at her job. Has a bad attitude and she's always right and could careless about the customers! Definitely will not be going to this CVS ever again! All the employees there should all go back and get training on customer service and change their attitude towards customers. I wish I could give zero but unfortunately that's not an option.

Apparently this is the only CVS I have ever been to where not one person speaks Spanish. This is ridiculous. What a diverse group of people, yeah right. I mean not one person in the entire store speaks Spanish. No one in pharmacy or retail. Even if they look Hispanic or not. They do not even try to communicate with Spanish speaking customers. So disappointed..

This is the cvs me and my family go to for many years now and this manager Linda is the worst. Linda the manager at this store is so rude and could careless for her customers it seems like she hates her job I've had 2 incidents with her 1 in the store and the 2nd over the phone. I really don't understand how you can have someone so rude and miserable as a manager. I wish I could give 0 stars but I guess you have to at least select one to be able to rate they should have negative stars

Surprisingly I didn't know there was spaghetti sauce here. This store's a great place to get emergency ingredients. And most importantly Roland, the cashier, was very friendly and most professional manner. He even has a great sense of humor making you feel very comfortable especially in these tough times of social isolation. I'll be coming here again...

Terrible drop off a basic MOTRIN prescription. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait (let's blame it on the whole COVID-19) at first I said I would take it elsewhere, considering I'm in pain. Gave it though what if it's the same every where else. I said ok. She asked if I want a text alert. Sure.. 3 hours pass Covid-19 testing is over. Call the pharmacy you waiting on the ibuprofen? Is Motrin the same? She said it won't be ready until tomorrow... wth at what point were they going g to notify... terrible service at this pharmacy the store itself... love the girls. My so. Is greeted by most.

Do not shop here. Horrible service. My husband who is not feeling well called in his prescriptions and then came through the drive thru to pick up. Since one was over the counter Mucinex they told him it was locked up and he had to come in. They were busy and couldn't unlock it. He left and I came back, pharmacy had just closed found the mucinex card and was told that it was locked in the pharmacy and I couldn't get it. So you someone who isn't not feeling well to walk into the store. Marks a lot of sense. I was told Jenny/Maggie were working in the pharmacy. Lazy and ignorant. We will definitely take our business elsewhere.

We came via drive through to fill a prescription after a dental procedure (removal of 4 wisdom tooth) for an antibiotic and narcotic. Gave insurance card, phone number and address. As I arrived home, received a call 10 minutes later to pick up the prescription because they don't have the narcotic on stock. Arrived via drive through again to get the prescription and inquired if they can find out from other branches if they have those meds available and she said she cannot. At this time of CORONA- economy where social distancing and self isolation is a must and all business places are wanting to attract customers, this is a bad experience for a customer. #1 - cvs pharmacy had me come back to pick up the prescription in less than 20min because they don't have the medication. Why can't you find out the moment I dropped off my prescription so I didn't have to waste my time. #2 - cvs pharmacy cannot find out if other branches have this medication on stock. Which means I have to go treasure hunt other pharmacies hoping I get lucky to get the prescription filled. Hoping and praying with the best of luck that the anesthesia from the procedure doesn't wear off soon. Small efforts goes a long way, but so far I haven't seen or experienced anything special from this pharmacy over the years. The main reason why I keep coming back here is because of it's close proximity to the house. But because of this experience I don't think I'll mind driving the extra mile to Walmart to fill our prescription and also as a one stop shop for groceries, optical services and many more. Sorry CVS Baldwin Park, you're not the only pharmacy in the area.

Cvs has a new check out policy if you have to make two transactions you can pay for the first one and the second one you have to get in line again to pay for it. This is the most ridiculous new policy I ever heard of. There was no one in the store and only one person in line and the cashier would not check me out. I had the other person go first before I was able to pay. I will never return to CVS again lost. They have no common sense or brains. Hello Walgreens !

The guy is lazy, he doesn't want to key in the bar code which has instructions on the coupon on my phone, he insisted I must bring the printed coupon! I went to this place again . The lady at the register told me my total was 11.69. I count 69cent first then pulled out $10 and $1 dollar bill . She put the two quarters in the draw while she was talking to someone. She told me I owe 50 cents. I said I already gave to her . She insisted no . She said she wouldn't lie about 50cents neither did I. So I was going to give her 50cents to finish it. She gave me back $10. Of course I wouldn't take it. Finally she gave back my 50cents reluctantly.i said bz you didn't pay attention.

Hostile and Unsafe Environment! The Hispanic cashier/manager named WENDY created the most hostile, abusive, hateful, and unsafe environment at CVS! Not only that she was hiding inside unseen in the store, she was also EXTREMELY explosive and out of control when she came out to the counter harassing, abusing, and bulling a senior non-Mexican like me. Her mouth is lethal, poisonous, hurtful and toxic like venom. She retaliated against me to keep my CVS card after I paid $57.75. I left 5 miles away and returned to claim my CVS card; she barked at me BOLDLY in front of other customers like a mad dog, combatant shouting, "You have to ask it back. I don't have to give you." This CVS has many enemies, only 2-stars. My family, friends and I will no longer support CVS unless the evil employee like WENDY is immediately removed out of consumers' sights for safety concerns!

I have worked in area for 12 years and frequent store for small purchases, medicine, hair supplies, gift cards. The service is awful. They chit chat with customers that have nothing else to do and are oblivious to long line of other customers. This is typically my experience but yesterday was my last visit. I was in store for 5 minutes and waited over 10 minutes in line (2nd person in line) for service. I gave up and left as the clerk was still la la gagging with customer with 5 of us waiting in line. Rite Aid is not too far. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Take your business elsewhere. That place is a dump.
