I went twice today and both times I had unpleasant encounters with who I believe is the manager, tall middle aged white man. When I went to pay for my 1st purchase he didn't even greet me nor made eye contact. The 2nd time I tried to get his attention and said excuse me. He ignored me so I got closer and said it again. At this point I'm standing right next to him and he didn't acknowledge me. I waited for a bit to let him finish what he was doing and he still didn't acknowledge me. I had to say, I'm trying to ask you a question. Finally he acknowledged me. If I could give a negative star I would. This man is extremely rude!

I had a very nice visit to CVS tonight. Albert is always very kind and helpful. He assisted me with retrieving an item that required a key (laundry soap) and asked if I needed anything else. I wish more customer service reps were like him! Every time I go he greets me immediately as I enter the store and always makes sure I have what I need. Thanks for the great service and please give Albert a raise!

Bad service Coming back in few hour to return the cook ware. The lady can't return it. Have to come back with the manager. Why when I pay she did not tell me this item can't return or exchange.

Coming in to return Emergen C vitamin box and was refused by store manager name Karla Magaba. Never have any troubles at any stores for doing that. She said she had the right to refused to accept any return in her store. Tell me to go back to the same store that I bought to return it. I went to another CVS store in El Monte and returned to that store without a sweat. Very inconsiderate and hard to deal with. Bad customer service, no wonder why they got low score. They should get zero star.

Twice now with out telling me they try to get me to sign up for a care pass that gets charged to your card automatically and monthly. With out telling me! "Press the green button" Second, the self check out always needs an employee to fix it while checking out. Long lines cause people to use the self check out and then the only 1- 2 employees have leave that cashier to fix it. The line gets longer, and guests are more impatient. I don't feel like I am saving money really and am not a fan of the check out process. Just hire the third person to do check out or get a more user-friendly/ functioning self check out machine.

By far the worst CVS I have ever used always poorly and sloppily stocked yesterday Nov 24 2021 I asked the pharmacist for advice on shingles after explaining I am 69 yrs old and have no healthcare, no medicare nothing as I cannot afford it... all he did was continue to whine about a prescription even though it is obvious that whilst I am in this 3rd world country I can't get a prescription Well I never want to use that store ever again I am thoroughly disgusted to the core. By the way this is about Baldwin Park Blvd CVS. in Baldwin park.

If i can give this place a zero star i would! The vaccination booster appts are "scheduled" for a reason. This store is not considerate of other's time. Their pharmacist took lunch while people are lined up for their scheduled vaccinations. Now there is no line and the schedule is messed up. Do not go here. You'll likely wait beyond your scheduled appointment. The guy at the counter does not even have good customer service skills and was just non-chalant about the inconvenience.
