This is truly the worst experience I have ever had. I planned to put a protective layer on my baby's photos this afternoon, but he destroyed all my baby's photos. My original photos were completely gone, only black. Not even a word of embarrassment, but still talking nonsense to me. Please be careful in the future and don’t go to this shop to get a photo protective layer. He has no experience at all and can only talk nonsense and brag. At that time, he told me that it would cost 15 US dollars to make this simple sealing layer. The charge was unreasonable and he accepted it. In the end It’s really heartbreaking that my photo was ruined. Everyone must be protected from lightning. You can go to Staples to make a photo protective layer! !

We have also purchased a material table cloth and couldn't be more happy with the quality of it, not to mention the prices, they can not be beat.. Bessie the owner is very helpful and all always so sweet and our products are always done in a very timely manner, no waiting weeks for a delivery.. We have had all of our printing projects done with @chicasgraphics from our material banners to vinyl banners, posters and flyers and all of them have been professional quality and the quickest turn around time.. So sad that the owner of this place has no customer service. I asked her if she would have my order ready, she clearly said yes if I send it that minute. Which I did. However, when I got there to pick up, it was not ready. :( She didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know it wouldn't be ready. Thank God, I found someone else to do her job. I DO NOT recommend this place. I wanted to help out a Latina but she doesn't seem to care about helping each other. So Sad

We paid almost thousand for the sign on the wall with the installation they used vinyl (not a Dibond) the cheapest material for a big sign and installed it on a glue (!!!) one and a half year later the wind blew it away exposed a 3 only tiny stripes of glue. Don't place the order if you need it in a few days. You'll get an answer after a month. Business cards pure quality price very expensive as well compare to Costco online service. No apology of course. If you need quality find somebody else.

Always quick and great quality work when you print with chicas Graphix , she does have A lot work so I recomend to plan ahead of time when wanting to get work done here and Schudle printing a week in advance . And even when it's rushed work she always delivers on time with great quality printing . This is the only place I get printing , business cards , shirts and flyers done .
