Kind of sad to see this place have bad reviews. I applied for credit card online and came here to see if I could get a status update on my application. The nice lady at the front, was kind enough to get someone to help me out. I'm old school and don't like punching in or saying my social over the phone, due to phone scammers and what not. The guy who helped me out, I'll use the first letter of his name, J was patient and helpful. J was able to answer my questions and resolved my issue. Thanks for everything! I'll be returning here in the future. I guess I got lucky that day.

Didnt let me deposit money into my account because vault was full It was $250 in quarters. Now i have to waste more time and go to a different location

It's 2022 by now everyone should be up to date with COVID regulation I guess not chase their outdoor ATM is a mess you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in months . Definetly not coming back to this location until they start cleaning it .

I had always loved coming to this bank because the bankers were always nice until one day my mother made a large cash deposit in their atms and the atm jammed. My mother tried to tell a banker who was there and she was no help just told her to call a number and that there was just an error in the machine . This lady didn't give her her name didn't do anything to reassure her or offer any assistance whatsoever.We tried to talk to their management and they pretty much told us to handle it ourselves with their customer service phone number. After 3 hours on the phone they assured us they would investigate. Now weeks later They tell her she only made a deposit of 570 dollars when she only used 100s. My mother has been with this bank since they were Washington Mutual ,she is an honest lady all she wanted to do was pay her property tax and these people did nothing to help her.

Today, someone low life used my ATM to purchase $418.70 worth of gas and at FedEx. Chase fraud department alerted me on my cell and called me. They handled the situation immediately and issued me a new card. Thank you fraud department keep up the awesome job and putting my mind at ease. So grateful.

By Far the worst customer service in this world! Took 45 minutes to get help. Wow!! When we finally got service we didn't get the full attention we deserved. This place sucks. Going to welsfargo!!!

My home bank. I concur that this bank is poor where the manager is never to be found, long lines are eternal and automated tellers that work poorly. Where is the world going with this?

I went with my bf to open an account we went around 5 PM ish and by the time they got to us on the list it's already 530 Candelario Bermudez explains to us that the specialist that opens accounts may not be able to help us so we say okay can you ask he literally turns the corner and I follow him to see if this "specialist" even exist and sure enough he didnt ask anyone. when he comes back he starts to say I asked my coworker and they said they cant do it so I ask may we speak to your coworker because I dont think you asked anyone and he just looks at me and walks away. Like seriously??? I'm only writing this review because Candelario Bermudez obviously needs more training. I am offended that he thinks I'm stupid enough to believe his lies.

Terrible service. Not enough people tending to the customers! I was told they are on lunch and people are opening new accounts and the wait will be 1 to 2 hours.

The bills are crisp. The location makes me nervous, you are without escape by car if you needed to.
