“I was in dire need of a bridesmaid dress as the one I ordered off of Amazon was not the best. I was told about Esme's Essentials by a friend and am so glad because it was a wonderful experience. Right off the bat you get greeted by friendly faces and a plethora of dresses to choose from. The owner is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and found me a beautiful dress within 30 minutes. “Went in to Garnet and Grace as my very first bridal shop. Found them on TikTok through their fun videos and absolutely loved the vibes and the dresses featured. Had to move my appointment twice, as my mom was flying in and her flight was delayed - and the girls were nothing but accommodating! They knew it was important to have my mom there, so they made it happen! When we got there,I was paired with Mariah as my stylist. I went in explaining that I have absolutely hated dress shopping in the past, and she was determined to make this experience better. She was open and upfront about the sizing and pricing of bridal gowns, and really listened to what I was looking for. The dresses I tried on were all amazing, and brought my vision to life. The very first one I tried, ended up being the one though - and Mariah could tell just by the look on my face. Once we both knew, we put the first one back on, and that was it! I was sold! I have never felt more beautiful and giddy to be in a dress. I can't believe Mariah was able to make my dream come true on the very first try. She was so open and friendly, and this was truly an experience I will never forget. She changed my view on dress shopping. Mariah, I cannot thank you enough for all of your input and helping me relax throughout my fitting. I cannot recommend Garnet and Grace enough. If you are looking to really connect with your stylist and have a fun and modern experience, look no further. “We came here in Feb to take a passport for our 6-year-old. Johnny and the lady were very friendly. The price was reasonable. Johnny edited and processed the photo right away and we got the photo on the spot. An interesting follow-up story: When we submitted the passport application at a post office, the postal clerks said the head looked a bit small on the photo. While they accepted the photo, they also said that if any issues arose, we would receive a letter and have a chance to re-submit the photo. However, the application was processed without any issues and we already received the new passport without delays. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised because I saw how Johnny edited the photo with care. He knew what he was doing. If you need your passport photo fast and compliant, I highly recommend this place. I also recommend you call first to set up a time before you go. Good luck!”

“This is one of my favorite locations, they have the most upright customer service I haven’t gone to any jewelry store where they’ve open their doors as if they were opening the doors to their home. Fermin helped me find the perfect birthday gift for my fiancé, he took his time to help me find exactly what I was looking for! The rest of the girls there were so kindly receiving. They explained thoroughly the financing terms they had to offer, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning to this exact location for all my future purchases.”

“Hi! this store is still OPEN and just moved to 2550 EAST AMAR RD. SUITE A6 WEST COVINA by Salo-Salo Grill. I just spoke to Mr. Sonny at 3:50 pm 6/5/22. The store hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 12-7 pm and Sunday from 12-5 pm. Closed on Monday! I ALWAYS get my Barong Tagalog/Filipiniana dresses here except the gown (sorry)! Mr. Sonny and Mrs. Lilibeth are very nice and friendly! Great Customer Service! Recommended to all my friends!”

The ladies were very friendly and were able to do alterations for my dress that same day (it was a simple black dress that only needed a hem but still, most places still make you wait several days and even weeks for plain dresses). I like that the price of alterations is included and the dresses are reasonably priced to begin with. They had a pretty decent collection in store, even more options than what you see on display and of course they can order more.”

“I had a good experience despite all the bad reviews. I am really glad I didn't get the rude lady lol or I would've left with nothing. The lady that helped us was very kind and sweet and patient. I didn't need to order anything custom or get anything tailored. I walked in looking for a flower girl dress for my three-year-old and there was plenty of options to choose from. She tried on five or six dresses, and we eventually fell in love with one which we found in a couple different sizes cause we weren't sure what size to get her. She ended up fitting in a one - two.also got a pretty sparkly headband. The pricing was not bad at all. Exactly what I would expect for a formal dress for a toddler everything that we tried on was between 70 and 150. Very happy with my experience.”
