“I believe Roger Castellanos is the gentleman's name. Very professional, courteous and also absolutely helpful in every way. He answered every one of my annoying questions with informative answers and he didn't hesitate to offer me even more information that could've possibly assisted me further. 5 out of the 9 branches that I frequent, this is the one that I find myself conducting business with more now because of it's outstanding customer service.
