Terrible service. Being next in line means an hour wait. A lot of people walking around doing exactly nothing!! Plus extremely RUDE attitude. Avoid business with BOA at ALL COST

Why are there so many employees walking around literally doing nothing, maybe talking with one another, and only 1 teller? Is this institution so big it doesn't need to pay attention to its bread and butter, the individual clients? For the most part the tellers are friendly.

I believe Roger Castellanos is the gentleman's name. Very professional, courteous and also absolutely helpful in every way. He answered every one of my annoying questions with informative answers and he didn't hesitate to offer me even more information that could've possibly assisted me further. 5 out of the 9 branches that I frequent, this is the one that I find myself conducting business with more now because of it's outstanding customer service. I give Mr. Castellanos the credit for that. That's why I tapped on the 5th star . Thank you

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced by far. I stand in the “Business Line” and realized that there was no teller so I ask the manager if the business line is open and he tells me “yes, they will be with you shortly”. The regular line had about 8 people standing in line and there were two tellers. According to the manager, the teller closest to the business line should have taken two customers and then helped me out. Of course, I didn’t know that that was their protocol had I known I would have told the teller myself. This whole time I’m thinking that they are going to get a third teller for the business line. After about 15 minutes of standing in line i approach the manager and tell him that I have been waiting in line and no one has helped me out yet. I also let him know that the person who is next in the regular line got in line after I had been standing in the business line for so long meaning had I stood in the regular line instead of the business line I would have already been out. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so I ask the manager if the teller knew she was supposed to take two customers from the regular line then one from the business line and he says yes they know they do it everyday in a sarcastic tone. Clearly the staff there needs some follow up training if they failed to do one of their daily tasks. Poor management and poor customer service. Will not be retuning here!

BofA is the worst secured accounts for all your information with so many employees within committing fraud. From gas stations getting my number and charging to foreign accounts trying to withdraw to deposits, to strange holds when Im paying rent. it's worse than BIG BROTHER. Many mistakes, freely do weird things on my account, then no one answers call and they smirk and laugh in branch. If you try to replace they give a dead end. ALERT: ITS NOT NSID INSURED FEDERALLY CONTROLLED.

The customer service here is awful. A teller did not want to take my deposit because I did not have my physical ID because I needed to "slide" it on the pin pad. Every other time i've came, they type in my ID number themselves on their computer. She just cancelled my whole transaction and did not give me my deposit slip back so I had to fill out a whole new one when I came back 3 mins later. I've noticed that when other people approach employee's with questions, they forcefully answer with the bare minimum and walk away before the customer had anything else to say. I only keep coming back here because of work related transactions but I waste 30mins- 1 1/2 hours here every time I come.

This place is so unpleasant and business ready. I had a manager tell me to go get another check because of a date typo. Instead of them calling to verify. I left there empty.I went to another bank on the same area and had a better experience.

The absolute worst customer service. The line is at the door and 2 tellers. Weekends are the busiest so set up more tellers to work. This is not rocket science!

Very good service. For someone with poor English like me, Rogelio ,the Relationship Manager ,communicated patiently and helped me open an account and make deposits. he is a great guy!

The worst service ever, only 2 cashiers open. Long lines. Every time I come here is the same, has not improve even if you complain to management. I guess they don't care. I came back to his branch again after all this time, nothing has changed. In fact the service is worse, long lines, only 2 tellers open to help. We asked the branch manager, he said there is nothing he could do about it, he has no personal with attitude. Simple, take it or live it!
