This location has terrible customer service. I called to see why my insurance was canceled (I did not get it taken out) they just responded "you don't have a contract" I've had it for 2 years. Instead them asking if I wanTed to come in and renew she was rude and not helpful. I just went somewhere else. Every time I call to make a payment I get hung up on when I speak in English. I have to call 4-5 times to get through. They never mail my invoices timely. My premium is due on the 30th. I get the mailed copy (Post marked) days later after the due date. If you pay on the automatic system they charge an extra $15. Horrible service. The phone operators are truly incompetent. The service is flat out horrible!!

It's just a terrible company. They first wanted to charge me 900, I pointed out to them that we had agreed on $ 650. I signed a contract with them. They clearly told me that the date of the next payment is 07/14. Closer to this date I wanted to pay, they tell me that my insurance has been canceled, I will have to pay another $ 250. When asked why the insurance was canceled, they said that you did not pay the next payment on 06/26. When I showed them their words that you yourself indicated the payment date to me, they stopped answering me. Ignored for 10 days or more. I wrote a complaint about them to the California Department of Insurance Fraud. In the pre-trial stage, they did not want to correct their mistake in any way. Never contact this broker!!! They only cheat. I have all the evidence of their dishonest and illegal work!

DO NOT BUY they are thieves! Horrible service still an active policy holder through them so forced to deal with these clowns. Beware they LOSE PAYMENTS and won't help you even when you have all supporting documents including the confirmation they sent to my email. They have incompetent employees who just play the transfer game and hangup. 0 accountability.

I filled out the online application, Alexander, sent me a text, he needed to talk to me to get some additional information. I called him on my lunch break, by the time my break was over, I was insured! Not bad, for half an hour, and I have tickets and accidents. I still can't believe Alexander got it all done on my lunch break! 5 stars!!!

Some lady goes by Daniela sat me down and took all my information. Just how a normal insurance agent can do, so i proceed giving her my DL & my registration to speed up the process upon getting a quote. I'm sitting there for at least 20 minutes of her just typing behind her computer /killing my time and watching her leave the office numerous times to talk with another person over the phone. Which her other agent was already ON CALL with, another customer. Sadly I even seen the customers that were attending there, for a quote just walk out and leave.Comes down to my story, it ended up with her explaining "I did not even run your background or profile" This lady is a complete scam artist to lure people into that place, and just plainly waste their time in front of their face.Daniela if you are reading this; FOR ONCE grow a pair of balls or "boobs" to actually talk the talk.
