This review is about the extremely vulgar music they played while myself and my 73 year old mom were shopping. I asked 3 times and the cashier literally just looked each time and did nothing. I understand this is a hip hop/urban culture type store but at least play the NON explicit version in your store. I literally CRINGED every time Cardi yelled BROKE NIGGAS DONT GET P**** I KNOW THATS RIGHT in while my mom was in there shopping. When she caught on she was APPALLED. EXTREMELY GHETTO AND LOW CLASS.

I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. The level of disrespect and dismissive attitude towards me is inexcusable. The young man refused to give his name. Saying there’s was no manager and basically take my complaint up with corporate. I will never shop here again. This is not only a reflection of Sheikh but the Baldwin Hills plaza. It’s easy to hide behind a mask and not show empathy. After driving 97 minutes to get there and to get treated as if I was unimportant hurt my feelings. Depression is real and I’m suffering from hard times. They’ll never get no more money out of me. I’m taking my business to Footlocker. Champ’s, Finish Line…anywhere but here. They suck big time. Spend your dollars where you’re treated with respect because it’s not here.

I believe good customer service should start from start to finish. 4 staff members all behind the counter chit chatting about random drama ALL GIRLS BTW . Didn’t even get a (Welcome, can I help you with something, have a nice day. Spent 5minutes inside the store and left with nothing due to this matter.

This is infuriating beyond reason. This store has the rudest, most unhelpful, condescending employees I've ever come across as a consumer... Two weeks ago I specifically walked in to the store and asked for a specific pair of Jordans & the girl told me that the shoe will be in on 11/28/20 & all I had to do was to show up on that morning to get the shoes. I just called to confirm & a very very rude condescending lady kept telling me the shoes have been raffled of ( whatever the f*** that means) I kept asking more questions for clarity as I was highly disappointed, and she talked to me like I was mentally challenged... she kept repeating the same thing & then she said... "sir, let me tell you one more time, the shoes have been raffled off" so yeah dealing with an extremely rude, low class individual who obviously doesn't like her job or hates actually helping someone who has questions... I would give this zeros stars if I could

Sheik shoes is a scam place is crap I went online for the raffle for the hare Jordan's they never announced if I won I logged in after they said raffle was postponed the followed day it said sold out even though the raffle was not for another two days what a scam place is garbage I buy thousands of dollars worth of kicks from now on I'll stick to any shoe store not related to this scam
