Horrible service for any business owners looking to spend their money here my dad is a regular customer here and spends hundreds of dollars every couple months and he recently went in & spent over $2,000 in work boots for employees he asked if they offered any type of discount or something the cashier rudely replied with "from my part I wouldn't give you anything so no" an unnecessary comment, she could have simply said no, so he will definitely not be spending his money here anymore when there is other stores with better customer service and rewards systems ... like another review said go to BOOT BARN !

I will be going shortly to by some more work boots, my last pair I wore for 10 years. Sadly they fell apart but worth every penny I recommend them!

Store was not busy at all and waited about 15 minutes and no one ever came to offer an help. There was about 4 employees all standing around talking not doing anything. I called out and waved my hand to try to get assistance and no one came to help. I simply left the store and I’ll make my purchase elsewhere.
