Employee Dallas has given best/friendly service anyone could ask for. He informed me which boots would be best and explained it well for why they are for certain works overall greatest friendly employee ever!

Work World inside the Valley Plaza has poor management. Manager implied for me to lie in order to get a price difference. Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM WORK WORLD INSIDE THE VALLEY PLAZA. Their prices are much higher than the Work World across the street from the Mall. Personally I never had to buy a single item in Work World other than this sweater I purchased as a Christmas gift. Work World across from Valley Plaza Mall is even offering 20% off right now.If I ever have to purchase anything from Work World it definitely won’t be from the store inside the Valley Plaza Mall

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Poor staff, poor management. I was trying the best I could to keep my composure. I wanted to return a pair of wolverine boots that cost 120$. I only had them for about 15 hours. Everything is in good condition still! Just a little dirty on the bottom from trying to break them in to my comfort. However, because of just the little of dirt on the bottom. Which isn't even that bad at all. They told me to clean them and return them. Honestly. I think they could clean them their selves and help a customer out. Waste of money and waste of time. I would never go to work world again!
