I took my car here to fix,I clearly told them, is the motor mounts ,so they said leave it over night so we can hear it in the morning, next day ,after 9am I call them just to tell me it was going to cost me over $1000.00 to replace the motor mounts, I said no al pass on that, I said I'm going to pick up the car and he said you have to pay $120.00 ,I said for what you didn't do a thing to the car he said yes a diagnostic and I said yes the diagnostic I told you at the beginning, they forced me to pay for nothing, or should I said a joy ride, yes they put 4 miles on my car, so now you know, pay for something that they didn't do and charge you more than double..what shame ..

I knew my os2 sensor had went but the diagnosed a bad fuel injector, fortunately it had a lifetime warranty when they replaced all the injectors a few years ago. The amount of time and understanding that they put into satisfying the customer just goes above and beyond what you see at other automotive shops...they actually listen to the customer. I will come again and recommend this shop to anyone. This shop thrives to continue the standards set by their grandfather, who started this business. They are the best!!!

Took my wife's acadia there for an ac problem. The problem was diagnosed within 2 hours. Once the part was received it took half a day of repair but for a small shop and having to disassemble most of it and also work on other customers vehicles I'm not complaining. Service is great customer interaction is great. Highly reccomend this shop

me and my husband have came to this shop more times than we can count on both our hands but everytime theyve seen our cars they are honest providing pictures and videos diffrent options and most of the time calling within the same day about our diagnosis and price

Everyone from Marcos and Joe were great explaining the repairs needed for my car to pass smog. My car after repairs needed the IM Readiness modes to reset which took a bit, but they were really patient. I would recommend their shop to anyone who wants professional and quality automotive care. Remember they are a STAR smog shop.

Was referred by a smog shop said wheels wud help me and even work with the price. My check engine light was on amd had it scanned it was a evap system that needed to be looked at , mind u my back is fractured and hard to walk went to wheels hobbled in and there were 2 customers sitting down archaic speaking to them a long haired gentleman employee listening to them talk the cashier a female standing there as well wen I walked in everyone went completely silent the long hair gentleman said "wat do u need?" I pulled out my phone showed him the picture of the code and he said uhwat kind of car is it I told him he said hold on went intonthe shop I asked do u habe a bathroom she said no not for customers okkkaay.. I said can I plug my phone in while I wait sure right there I plug it in the guy comes back said nope he won't even look at it I was like wow ok can he refer me somewhere he said no.. I thought how unprofessional.. I've been with a friend there before guess unhabe to know them cuz they werent rude then but rude now not even a reference.. won't recommend anyone to each his own but I felt like I was treated foul and this day and age people shud be a little kinder especially a woman and a disable one at that. Never again..
