“We had an appointment and were seen on time. We walked to get something to eat, and the car was done when we came back. I asked if they could turn the maintenance light off since the only maintenance we needed was a tire rotation. They said they didn't have the tool to do that. When I got back to the car, we watched a YouTube video and were able to turn it off while still in the parking lot. It doesn't take a special tool. They may want to have training on this”

“Faith Darling, my daughter, Summer, and April, my husband, THOMAS, and my son, and a few others have always come here to have our smog and a few other things done in the past. I never had to make appointments first come first serve and I’ve discovered that this is the place in town to go and get all your needs taken care of on your vehicle, so therefore it made it so much more popular. You have to make appointment now appointments for easy a few days and then get you right in and if it’s going to be a little bit and if parts need to be ordered, they keep you to exactly how long and what is needed I was Impressed most places aren’t quite that on Top of it friendly smiles great conversations love the other customers I have come and gone nice waiting room lots of goodies while you’re waiting coffee snacks laugh out loud and very reasonably priced. That took up my morning waiting for the owner who does the alignments to show up. Lucky I brought my breakfast with me.Lots of customers were coming and going for other services. “This is one of those reviews that a customer absolutely MUST GIVE. First I'm very satisfied with their customer service. I went in just needing a brake service. The tall friendly guy behind the counter went outside to take a look at my vehicle. He then was honest with me suggested I needed brakes,rotors and calipers. Since they hadn't been done for a while. Also was looking for tire so I asked if he can give me a quote on some tires for my vehicle. The price was right so I told the guy to go ahead and add them on. “My tires were becoming a hazard and deteriorating by the second, I came in and although they weren't in stock they had them delivered from their warehouse in less then 30 minutes. I was on my way within an hour with a great pair of tires, that were name brand and on warranty. Eloy is the most professional employee there and always able to make it work.”
