“I was happy to learn how easy it was to make an appointment for a tire inspection. I was filling my tires and getting my RV road ready the night before my trip the back passenger side tire was lower than usual and I then noticed a bulge right next to the rim. I bought these tires last year at a Discount Tire in Novi MI. Found out that America's Tire is the same company so I went to their website and boom signed up for the first available appointment right there. They sent me an email and text confirmation. Arrived early as instructed, my name was on the screen already. Showed Jake my issue and I did indeed need a new tire. Covered under the warranty thank goodness. While there had them switch out my windshield wipers too. In and done before I could finish my breakfast at Chick-fil-A. Received a text notification that my vehicle was ready. Quick service. Very happy this went super smooth from start to finish. Jake was great. Definitely recommend.”

“Got a flat tire in Kernville during Whiskey Flat Days this weekend. Put on the spare...no one open in Lake Isabella to repair my tire so hobbled down the canyon to East Bakersfield on my spare tire, where the Gutierrez Tire team patched my flat tire and had it remounted on my car in 15 minutes, plus charged me an incredibly reasonable price for their work. I was also very impressed by their friendliness and courtesy and the cleanliness of their shop! Thank you!!!”

“A huge big thanks to Liz and the crew at Break Masters for the assistance Aug 19th 2024! My work truck ABS breaks alarm came on, breaks began to tighten up while driving on hwy178 in the canyon coming down the mountain. Yikes, huge pucker moment! Liz drove me to my hotel and picked me up. The bill was under $440.
The shop took me with no appt and back on the rd under 5 hours.

“Dave is the best and always gives us the greatest deals even for oil changes. Keeps in touch through text messages. I took my car to a different shop and he told me my back brakes had about 3% left on it. Well I took it over to Pacific tire and Dave and he told me that I had at least 35% on it. “On our way to Vegas and we woke up to a low pressure warning for just one of our tires. Filled up at the Costco tire center after getting gas, but they weren’t able to look at the tire for a few hours. VERY happy we came here - they greeted us warmly and quickly found a nail wedged in the tread. They immediately fixed the tire and saved our road trip. Truly a gem of a place, I wish we had such a trustworthy and reasonable place with friendly people near us!”

But the place that I went to get quotes for one tire were charging for used or brand new were ridiculous. “Well, I went in with a nail in the tire for repair, but unfortunately after the tire was removed, there was more noticable sidewall damage--dry rot, which makes sense after 4-5 years of use, non-garaged, even if only 28k miles on them. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new set of tires or go home with a nail and a slow leak in the tire, but after inquiring about a new set, I found that they were an incredibly lower price than I anticipated. I hated having to buy tires in the first place, but hey, they had to be replaced and I wasn't taken advantage of due to the situation. Less than $120 per tire with TPMS! I will certainly be back to this location by year end for the other set of tires needed.
And it's a smooth ride already, a major difference prior to my pulling into the place.
I interacted with 3 employees here today and had a fantastic experience with all of them. Total time in and out with several vehicles ahead of mine was less than an hour. Awesome! Couldn't be happier with the expereince. Thank you, guys!”
