“We had an appointment and were seen on time. We walked to get something to eat, and the car was done when we came back. I asked if they could turn the maintenance light off since the only maintenance we needed was a tire rotation. They said they didn't have the tool to do that. When I got back to the car, we watched a YouTube video and were able to turn it off while still in the parking lot. It doesn't take a special tool. They may want to have training on this”
“Faith Darling, my daughter, Summer, and April, my husband, THOMAS, and my son, and a few others have always come here to have our smog and a few other things done in the past. I never had to make appointments first come first serve and I’ve discovered that this is the place in town to go and get all your needs taken care of on your vehicle, so therefore it made it so much more popular. You have to make appointment now appointments for easy a few days and then get you right in and if it’s going to be a little bit and if parts need to be ordered, they keep you to exactly how long and what is needed I was Impressed most places aren’t quite that on Top of it friendly smiles great conversations love the other customers I have come and gone nice waiting room lots of goodies while you’re waiting coffee snacks laugh out loud and very reasonably priced. I was impress Because I haven’t been there in a while, and the prices weren’t gouging over the top like everything else is laugh out loud”
“Good place for a trailer tire repair. They charged me for a valve change buy the guy didn't change my valve and after a few weeks I had 40 psi in my trailer tire that he changed because of the valve ?
The guy was helpful and very friendly. I even gave him some tips, but his work, meh...”

“Got a flat tire in Kernville during Whiskey Flat Days this weekend. Put on the spare...no one open in Lake Isabella to repair my tire so hobbled down the canyon to East Bakersfield on my spare tire, where the Gutierrez Tire team patched my flat tire and had it remounted on my car in 15 minutes, plus charged me an incredibly reasonable price for their work. I was also very impressed by their friendliness and courtesy and the cleanliness of their shop! Thank you!!!”

“I've bought tires here in the past and went again for my current car. They changed the tires quick, in and out within an hour. I thought I needed new brakes because I hadn't changed them since I bought the car from the dealer but they inspected everything and I didn't need them. They were honest and upfront. I'm blown away by their customer service. Ali showed me how worn out my break pads were and why I needed resurfacing. “A huge big thanks to Liz and the crew at Break Masters for the assistance Aug 19th 2024! My work truck ABS breaks alarm came on, breaks began to tighten up while driving on hwy178 in the canyon coming down the mountain. Yikes, huge pucker moment! Liz drove me to my hotel and picked me up. The bill was under $440.
The shop took me with no appt and back on the rd under 5 hours.

“Full service auto shop did an engine swap on a charger 5.7 L Hemi. With 80,000 miles. Took it back today for some fine tuning. I haven't done a lot of business with these guys, but they seem all right it's very difficult to find a decent mechanic nowadays. Especially a full service type business. Their prices are right, and that's a big plus.”
