Walmart is our last place shop! Every time we go to Walmart we can't find someone to open the glass doors to get items we do want to buy! We spent 30mins waiting!
Soon we won't go to any Walmart any more.
We will not recommend anyone to buy anything there anymore.

Visiting from out of state. I felt like I was getting commecery at prison. Everything is locked up. And you have to wait forever for someone to get what you want. The walmart greeters look like security bouncers. Ours are older friendly people.
I cant imagine theft being THAT different state to state to be treated like a prisoner. For deodorant.

I order a big custom cake for my son’s birthday party through their custom cake builder online. I ordered it over a week before the party date. I didn’t order anything special, it was just a full sized sheet cake, teal frosting, yellow frosting border, “happy birthday” in blue. They cancelled my order THE DAY OF THE PARTY? A cake that feeds 96 people…how do you cancel that the day of someone’s event??? We called the service number on the app and we were told they “didn’t have the materials at the location we ordered it for”. Whatever that means. They didn’t know that prior to my pickup day? They couldn’t have called us and said “hey we don’t have this but we can do this instead”? Thankfully Albertsons has much better custom service skills and were able to get me an even better custom cake same day.

I am angry at me because I tried to do a review for the amazing kindness the young man that brought out my order. Kind, not afraid to talk to an old lady in her car waiting for her order. He actually made me laugh. Please try to find out who he was and give him an attaboy. It was yesterday. I was parked in spot 19. I believe his name started with an E. I couldn’t get the review app to come up. I always do the review before I pull away because I always forget names. He was great!! Evan? Thanks for trying

Kind of upsetting it was hard to go to the store and go to check Where nobody was, I'm in a wheelchair and getting forced to do scan Your own is kind of bologna I have seen a lot of videos of people getting arrested because something didn't scan and they're being told they're stealing. I don't like the self check out bologna. Still self checkouts and terrible for the wheelchair accessible
Well today all the self checkouts where closed and they had only cashiers to check you out , much better for me today
Update: Now they have around 4- 5 Checkers everytime I've been.
