One star because I had to drive my a$$ all the way out here just so they can be closed at 2 on a Saturday. If you all have to take an hour lunch at once include that info in your operating hours

Pharmacy Clerk Kenneth has no idea what he's doing or how to communicate accurate information with customers. This is now the second and final time I've been texted that my prescription only to find out when I arrive that it's not in stock and that I'd have to come back. The first time I ended up coming back twice (after the initial visit prompted by the text saying my prescription was ready) because they filled the prescription with the wrong medication. Earlier this week, I had to refill the prescription. I figured it would be simpler now that they filled it there last time. I should have known better. Once again, it was not ready when I got the text that it was ready - this time only some of the prescription was available and Kenneth informed me that they couldn't charge my insurance until the full prescription was ready. Then he told me he would Fed-Ex it to my home when the last part arrived. I received no Fed-Ex delivery. Finally, I got a text message saying they would only hold my prescription for 1 more day! Once again, I went over there and asked Kenneth why he hadn't sent my prescription via Fed-Ex as he said he would. He had no clue what I was talking about and said they don't Fed-Ex prescriptions. I had other things to do rather than argue over who said what, but I did tell him I would be lodging a complaint (which I did, as well as filling out a survey and writing this) and would never be using this pharmacy again.

Just switched to this Pharmacy from Cvs and I'm Very glad I did they go out of there way to help You and get You your meds right and on time Ernesto was especially helpful and the Pharmacist was Extremely knowledgeable and patient with ALL my questions very pleasant experience Thanks Wal-Mart pharmacy staff on Gosford!

Horrible. They can’t spell a name given to them on an ID card! I mean really?! You have the ID with the spelling in front of you and you still don’t know how to spell it? How d*** can you be? And not to mention the 15-20 min wait was actually over an hour and they just stand back there doing nothing while you’re waiting for meds. Horrible experience. Slow people. Don’t go here.

I thought you needed an education to work at a pharmacy. I gave the lady my ID CARD and she asked me how to spell my name! I thought my name was already written on the ID? I guess that's someone else's name. Oh and what's my address? I guess that's not on the ID card either... not to mention the 15-20 min wait was actually over an HOUR long when I specifically told them if it was going to be longer to let me know so I could leave and do something else with my day than sitting here watching them fumble around in the pharmacy not getting anything done.

So busy and cashiers dont open more registers? Went to day things are reasonable but should be cheaper since they do not pay their employees a liveable wage
