They've answered all my questions and they respect my opinion of things I don't want to be prescribed. I've never have to wait more than 3 minutes before they're addressing me, either over the counter things or booster shots they are always kind and concerned about me. I've found it to be the same with all Walmarts employees.

It is the pharmacist job to fill the perception the doctor ordered for a patient it is not his job to question the doctors order. The head pharmacist at this location constantly questions my doctor's orders. He is not the doctor he is the pharmacist do your job dude. The doctor is incharge not you

Audry the pharmacy technician is a very disgusting person to come acrossed. If she comes to assist you ask for the next available person trust me it's worth the wait to not deal with her sorry attitude.

Grocery pick up is a joke. Ive been waiting for an hour and a half in the parking lot for my order. After waiting an extra hour after my pick up time. They have brought out 4 orders in an hour and a half. They sure do have enough employees smoking by the carts though.

We actually go in here once a week to get our groceries... and since it's close to us we continue to come here. But lately it's been so annoying! As we walk the aisles shopping they have the stockers stocking the aisles... this isn't just a one time thing. We go in once a week to grocery shop and the past 4 times has been the same problem... each aisle I am having to apologize for getting in the stockers way... but I need to get my food?? Very annoying and it's not the workers fault. I am sure they are just doing their job and what they are told to do... the pharmacy is excellent! Our entire family gets meds there!! Highly recommended.. this low rating is NOT for the pharmacy!

Why can't these people et it figured out? They never have what I came in for, they're always stocking the shelves and leaving s*** all over the isles,I have never seen a shopper in the store who is satisfied with their shopping experience, if there was another option closer to home you're damn right I'd go there, even if the prices were higher! The employees are rude as hell with an exception of a few, hate this place, dread coming here every time.

There has been two occasions were the meat and produce section is not stocked. I don't recommend to go after 4pm on any given day because it is ridiculously packed. I give a 3 rating because at least the beer and liquor aisle are in good shape!

This is the store from hell! When it first opened and they had competition from Vons and they stocked a wider variety of products. Now since Vons closed there's a small variety of products so it makes for smaller choices. If your lucky maybe two checkout lines are open, usually one and if your lucky the self check lines are not broken and if they are the line that's open is backed up. Customer service is nonexistent. The cashiers are ok at best and if you ask for help finding an item you get a smart remark and they tell you they don't know what your talking about. The isles are blocked with workers stocking shelves and if you try to get by them they are rude to have to move and give you a dirty look. This store is the worse Walmart I've been in and I'll drive to another store to get my groceries. Too bad there's not more options in Oildale to get groceries. There's plenty of gyms though.

It's been more than 2 years since my last review, and I wish I could say things have improved at this location. Since the other convenient grocery store near my house went out of business, the only thing that's "improved" is the way the parking lot and checkouts fill up quickly. And the way the produce runs out. I usually have to resort to breaking the "15 items" rule at the self checkout because there is almost never more than 2 lanes open. However, I had an employee refuse to let me use the self checkout with my 20 items last week, and I ended up having to wait for more than 30 minutes in the regular checkout line. When we arrived at our destination (we were buying snacks for an out of town picnic), the berries we bought were moldy in the middle. This is a fairly common occurrence with fruit from this location (I order grocery pickup from the Olive Dr location pretty frequently, and have never had any issues with their produce). Most days, the carts have not been collected from the parking lot (during the summer, that's understandable, but this happens all year). I'm consistently frustrated with this store, its lack of selection (common produce items are often sold out), and the lack of customer service. If I had another option within a few miles, I wouldn't shop there at all. ... I desperately wish this wasn't one of the only grocery options near me. I refuse to shop there if at all possible. There are rarely more than 1-2 checkout lanes open, and the self checkouts are usually card only/cash only/out of order. They ALWAYS malfunction if I try to use my own reusable grocery bags, and malfunctioned tonight when I was trying to buy some lettuce. The produce selection is some of the worst I've seen. The quality isn't very good, and the shelves are usually at least half empty. It's a shame that this store leaves so much to be desired, because grocery options in this area are already so few and far between.
