I'm so disgusted that Walmart doesn't care about their customers and this is a second time I'm in bed unable to work. or take care of myself or my pets because they can't wash the d*** keypads that you're forced to touch. They should wipe them off every few minutes and they probably don't ever wipe them off because I've never seen anybody wipe them off and I'm just disgusted I'm just disgusted that they allow their store to be a Petri dish to make everybody sick that goes there and I'm disgusted with the people that can't stay home when they're sick either Walmart is the only Place I visited last week so I am 100% sure this is how I got sick They couldn't at least put cart wipes out I hope that 1 day these things can be proven and stores like Walmart can be sued for making people sick Guess what Walmart in the future when I go there I'm refusing to touch you contaminated keypad Unless you offer to wipe it for me first I wish everybody would follow suit with this Touching their keypad will make you very ill don't do it Don't offer to get sick Stand up for your right

This and most Walmarts are not properly staffed and not enough managers available and not enough employees trained on the various positions. This is a lackluster job by Walmart on a whole. An this has to be addressed properly! The amount of apathy by the employees speak to their moral at this job. In the end they have pushed so many businesses out it's sad

Online I purchased a 24 inches Intex air mattres to pickup in Bakersfield 6225 Colony st. in store for pickup I noticed my order from 24 inches was converted to a 20 inches. the management from Walmart just saying my only choice is take a what is available. than I say no,after that the manager call the security guard to take me from store! this is as humiliated, now I have to ask LA consumer Protection Attorneys to take action

It's basically your average Walmart. The only thing that sets this apart from any other Walmart I've been to is that there are no self checkout lanes and they never have enough cashiers. Be ready to wait up to 30 mins to check out. That is no exaggeration.

No suprise here. Just another store that has no time for customers. They dont even answer the phone. I tried to call this store no less than 5 times on a weekday between 10 and 11am. Just for fun i even tried different departments to see if anyone would answer. Sad but they dont care. Just another big company that is to far removed from its customers. RIP Sam. Your family has ruined what took you a lifetime to build. KAOS is not just a good name for the boss's boat apparently.

Never stepped inside- purely RV related. Usually, Walmarts allow for RV's to stay and park overnight. This one does not. Informational post only Home Depot next door, allows for parking.

As an Uber driver I'm working hard to get customers orders to them and this store is terrible with employment. Sending employees home before they're supposed to. I couldn't get an order out to a family because of this.

I have gone to East Hills Wal Mart a couple of times and I have to say that I have no complaints. Might be because I love any WM. My sister was able to get a motorized cart to use and, needless to say, we spent some time here. We had a list and was able to locate all the items we were looking for. If we needed help, a sales clerk was able to help us get to the right spot. I normally use self-check out and these visits a line was open and checkout was a breeze. My mom puts her orders in online and they deliver to her with very few substitutions, if any.

I came to the pick up area because I have a neurological disease that does not allow me to go inside and go shopping. I was told to come two hours after my scheduled time which I did, then when I got here I've been waiting for over an hour, I asked him associate how much longer and he said it could be up to two hour wait. I watched other cars come in here after me and leave before me, I tried to call the store itself and of course they put me on hold and forgot me. I guess I'll have to find another place that has a pick up. So upsetting

They took forever to make my food, made excuses and didn't even give me the whole order for a big mac Classic meal. Should fire both the women that were working there today.
