This Walgreen’s in Buena Vista left a phone message and email for me shortly before 10 a.m today. According to them, my prescription is ready for pickup. My husband drove there to get my medication only to be informed that the prescription is not ready until tomorrow. I saved a copy of the phone message transcript and the email. That’s what you can say is very poor service.

I’m in agreement with the others who say the staff need to be trained on how to treat customers! My 16 year old daughter who has special needs (autism ) tried to purchase some candy today using her phone. She’s just learning and was having difficulty. She was treated rudely by the cashier, an older woman with short reddish brown hair and a face mask. Instead of showing compassion, she gave her attitude and even told her to go and to leave!! As an older lady, she should know better. She denied it when confronted, of course, but my daughter would not have been crying uncontrollably for no reason. This is not how you treat customers, especially persons with disabilities!

1 star because they helped me change stuff on my account but other than that I can’t go any further than 1 star.
I wanted to cancel my transaction so I could sign in to my account and add a coupon cuz pregnancy test ain’t cheap! Once I said I wanted to cancel my transaction she let out a sigh and her face said it all? I was going to let other people ahead of me so I could add my coupons and use them but once I heard how she responded when I said I said never mind I’ll just pay for it. Work on your attitude and facial expressions when working in customer service.

Been coming here for years- my doctor refilled a prescription for a years worth back in September (normal process for this medication) called to refill yesterday and was told I ran out of refills and had to call doctor back for a new refill since they only prescribed me 3 refills. That math wouldn't add up either way as I'm 4 months in. Not coming back to this pharmacy anymore.

if only was able to give them 0 stars. The pharmacy employees & pharmacist are so rude. Walgreens corporate needs to step in. These individuals have zero compassion . They ALL lack customer service skills. Walgreens policy depends on the pharmacist mood. Everyone there is on a different page. Save yourself the trouble

I was treated aweful because I was just browsing. I had my purse in me and I was eventually followed by 3 staff members... Maybe management... And they finally asked me if there was something I was looking for.... I said no I'm just browsing but are you going to continue folloing me thru the whole store? She said well your purse is full! I said let me show you what's in it and she refused to look. But another staff member broke her neck to look.... Then I said this is rediculous. Is browsing not allówed anymore. I left because they made me feel so aweful and uncomfortable! I'll never come here again! Have some kooth would ya?

For a "pharmacy" the actual pharmacy is never open. Also their walk in COVID vaccines that they advertise, yeah you actually need to call and make an appointment. It's basically an overpriced convenient store that occasionally acts as a pharmacy

I needed to refill a RX and went into the store to have it transferred over. Never heard from them. Today I called to follow up and they told me they don't call the dr to get the prescription, which is not what they told me when I was in the pharmacy. I grew up going to Walgreens and was very disappointed in the lack of service I received today. Won't be back. They are probably doing the happy dance.

Honestly the worst pharmacy ever. I have been getting my prescriptions here for several years and the last few have been horrible. They can’t ever order things on time and I have daily meds I have been taking for a few years. They know I get these every month and they have failed to order it in time for my auto refill half a dozen times this year. It’s insane. I can’t keep using this place. They are compromising my health. On top of it all, when I called a few days ago to confirm my prescription would be ordered, the pharmacist who I waited 20 minutes to talk to was so rude AND she hung up on me when I voiced my issues with the service. They all need to be fired here. They are making people sick.

This is on regards to the pharmacy… this pharmacy is by far one of the most disorganized and poorly staffed I have ever seen. The staff is clueless. The pharmacists have no business being involved in healthcare. At this point, everything is automated. Yet they somehow are incapable of ordering drugs needed to fulfill monthly orders that have been with them for years. They cannot even staff properly, and three times in the last few months when I have gone to pick up meds, they have been closed. And since they will not release medication more than a day early, they have made me go without my daily meds for FOUR DAYS. It wouldn’t be such an issue if they had the ability to make sure my meds were available and IN STOCK when I need them, but they are so inept they cannot do this. I have complained to the store manager and to multiple pharmacists about the ongoing issues they have had for the last two years, and how it has gotten progressively worse. No one seems to care. Nothing ever changes. I have had my last battle with them and cancelled my refills. Beware this pharmacy and all who “work” in it.

Lately the pharmacy tech has been so RUDE!!! UGH I have been picking up my medicine from this location for years and this one particular pharmacy tech is such a grump!!! I'm changing locations just because of her.
