Urgent Care provider sent my RX to my preferred pharmacy (different Walgreens location), however the doctor said that I must start this RX now, asap, today. Since my pharmacy wld be closing within the hour(6pm), I asked if they cld transfer it to their 24 hour location. They said “Yes, that all I had to do was call their 24 hr location.” So I called the Walgreens # listed for Walgreens on Hagemann, Bakersfield. Whom ever I spoke with said , “ Yes, I have found your prescription.”, he even gave me the name of it, he told me it would be ready in 90 minutes, which would be 7:30pm. I gave the pharmacy an extra two hours. At 9:35pm I arrived at the Walgreens on Hageman and went to the drive-through. There was a long wait for the person in front of me and then when it was my turn, the girl told me that they did not have the prescription. After explaining it three times and insisting that it needed to be there and be ready, she came back and said that it was showing it was too soon to be filled. I had never had this prescription before I said, perhaps it’s still showing up at the other, Walgreens and I had spoke with someone who said that it would be ready in 90 minutes and she said it probably was diverted to their call center, & they don’t always have the correct information. Well, if your store is aware that you have a call center that is giving out incorrect information and not relaying information to you, then you need to fix that Especially if the store pharmacy personnel is very aware that they do not communicate properly! My suggestion to Walgreens is to contact their call center and have better communication skills training at the call center , I then waited additional five almost 10 minutes for my prescription to be filled . Poor managing of a very critical link between customers and their prescriptions.

My call from customer service department got transfered to this branch to confirm the status of my order.The first person i talked to cant help me on my order. I told them i didn't have the chance to pick the order because i have an emergency out of town appointment.She confirmed the system said the order was already pickup. She transfer me to her shift leader to check on options. The shift leader cant find my order and blindly transfered me to the pharmacist and have no clue on my issue and the phone got disconnected. The shift leader was really unprofessional. Blindly transferring the customer without customers permission and knowledge. Carmen the third person i talked to , said she was the pharmacy manager , i ask her who are the two last persons ive talked to and ask for their names. She did not their know their names. I ask her how many employee are there in the store she said 3-4 only , And she did not know the name of them. Talk about being a leader /manager who does not know her employees. The entire interactions with all the store employees were a waste of time and digustingly rude and unproffessional. For 10$ woth of order they make it a big deal probably thinking im scamming them out it. I told them to check the security camera what time the order got pick up.

Spent hundreds out of a small nonprofit budget to print educational packets. Tons of mistakes. Member ended up going behind the counter and doing all of the work themselves! Shameful.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Rejected my insurance that I’ve used there countless times. Took forever to fill the prescriptions. Rude staff.

On December 4, 2023, my students purchased a gift card for me, which upon inspection, was found to be cut in half, indicating possible tampering. Immediately upon discovering this issue, I contacted Walgreens customer service to report the incident. In response to their request for information, I provided the following details: Full Name Full Address Phone Number Email Address Store Location Purchase Date and Time Type of Card Amount of Card RFN# Card number Serial number Pin# UPC Today, I received an email stating that no remedial action could be taken as the funds on the card have been depleted. This resolution is disconcerting, considering the apparent tampering with the card and the comprehensive information provided to Walgreens as part of their investigation. I would appreciate further clarification and a more suitable resolution to this matter.

Worse experience going through drive thru pharmacy. My Rapid NAAT covid test was scheduled at 9:45am online. The drive thru window does not open until 10am. So, I waited. Finally a tech comes to the window at 10:04am just to tell me its going to be a 10-15 min wait because they have to get things ready. I let him know my appointment time was at 9:45am he said, the system hasn't updated their hours so that is an error. Then he comes back to tell me my rapid "get your results in 2hrs test" system isn't working well and I may not get my results till next day. WTH! Finally at 10:30ish I was giving the test, almost an hour after my scheduled time. Its Monday So far, I have not received my results... waiting

One pharmacy tech. Line is 10 deep inside and at least 8 deep in drive through. Employees couldn't care less. There is plenty enough money in the pharmacy game to staff more techs. What a joke this place is.

Ordered a banner was going to be ready at 3 but I called store to see if could get done sooner. Was told they were short staffed but would get it done. Was able to pick it up early, appreciate the great customer service from Christine

Anna and Reesa refused to do my return saying they don't do returns after 9 pm which I looked online and through store policy and that is not stated anywhere, this is all after coming to the parking lot and pointing and talking about me and my friend in the car because we waited in the car because we are tired it's 1:30 am and I work all day sorry I am tired and can't come in earlier, wouldn't shop here unless looking for poor customer service.

Super thankful for a sales associate!, I Called around 1AM asking if they had an over the counter asthma inhaler. They not only found it for me but left it up front at the register. Since my husband has no medication to help him out during this time of the night she was a life saver.

I've been customer to this Walgreens pharmacy department for about 4 years. They have the worst customer service ever. Technicians are very rude and unprofessional, both in the store pick up or drive thru. It has been like this always. They don't even know their regulars. They talk to you like a you're stupid or something. Waiting for 20-30 mins is another story. Today, there were no line in the drive thru, so I decided to pick up my son's prescription. Once again, technician Kathleen or Kathryn threw the prescription thru the window, and left. No basic ethics of "bye", "thank you", or "have a good day". Obviously, she doesn't care about her job or the company. I'm done doing business with this store, I rather drive little further to other pharmacy and have good experience.

I have been going here for so many years! Awful Awful Drive through waiting! I’ve literally been at this drive through now for 45min. When 1st arriving there was 2 cars in front of me. I’m looking through the window and there 2 people in line inside. I’ve been at this window now for 15min and I’ve scene 1 employee walk by. This is absolutely ridiculous
