I enjoy coming to this Walgreens the doctor they have that gives the shots he is so friendly and sweet he is a joy to talk too also the pharmacist are extremely nice and helpful and will inform you on everything and even when a good time to call or come in for your medication.

We called and eventually just left the phone on speaker while on hold for over an hour and 49 minutes.... Unbelievable customer service!

Everytime I go thru the drive thru, freaking 25 minutes. Today only one in line, 10 minutes....NOBODY.Go inside, sorry, pharmacist at lunch. It's an antibiotic, not fentanyl, why do I need a pharmacist. Then when he comes, he doesn't do anything, they give me the script. Quot trying to be Elon Musk and hire enough help asswipe. Just a suggestion, cuz I and my entire family are going to CVS.

** For the PHARMACY ONLY ** Stated Pharmacy lunch hours are 1:30-2pm (Saturdays); which are made clear and accommodating . The problem I have is that it was past 2:45pm, well past their stated time, with no signage or indicator that they would be late. A manager had to go into the back in order to ask them to open the pharmacy as there was well over 10 patrons waiting, some with appointments. When they finally arrived, they were overheard stating "we need to eat too. They're staring? -well let them stare." Their blatant disregard for their patrons and condescension when asked to abide by their stated hours was appalling. Had their been any notification attempt or apology for the tardiness, the lot of personnel waiting would not have been so peeved. A gesture of customer service would've kept Walgreens at the corner of Happy and Healthy-- instead we were kept at the corner of the outcasted and spurned.

The worst pharmacy EVER! Two days in a row I've been calling and no answer! There are no callers in front of me and I was on The line for OVER 20 mins. I hung up on them and tried calling again and still the same. They pick up and put you on hold again and again! AND EVEN WHEN YOU VISIT THE STORE THEY TAKE FORVER WITH CUSTOMERS!

If I can give Linda the night cashier a 5 star glowing review separate I would! Abraham the manager should be lucky that someone that good at their job still chooses to work there. We took a total of 2 hours in that store picking, printing and waiting for our pictures. In that time we literally witnessed Linda doing go backs, helping customers, solving problems, working the picture kiosk, ringing up customers all with a smile on her face and calm demeanor. She expressed they recently cut hours and was thanking everyone for their patience. She called the manager Abraham a total of 4 times while we were there and he literally huffed and puffed and was extremely rude. He talked to multiple customers like he didn't have time for them and when one customer asked about printing a document he said, " I dunno you should try to plug it in and see." Pointing to the kiosk. He weaseled his way back to whatever managers cave was in the back and literally left Linda hanging. I pray she realizes she deserves better! I hope she reads this.

This place is a disaster just because it's not in a good area doesn't mean it should not be cared for the staff here are amazing but their conditions are terrible it's so dirty the vents have black dirt flying out of them. The staff deserve better!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy staff I've ever had, the pharmacy techs are rude they put you on hold forever and put you on hold again and again. The pharmacist is great it's the staff that are NOT for the customer. I would not mind if I'm buying an item but this is pills I need for blood pressure to function. Im changing this pharmacy TODAY. Stay away from this place people.
